Gavin DeGraw Attacked and Beaten

Gavin DeGraw, the guy sang ‘Chariot,’ was attacked by a group of men who apparently don’t like ‘One Tree Hill.’
DeGraw was out getting his drank on late Sunday night with some friends. (It must have been a meeting plan the next Say Something Hat Day. Seriously, hundreds of photos of this guy and I couldn’t find one in which he wasn’t wearing a newsboy cap.) After adjourning for the night, he left the East Village bar by himself and was beaten in the street just before 4 A.M. The group of “unknown men” broke his nose and cut his face. After the assailants left and Gavin got up and tried to find some help but ended up getting hit by a taxi.

Oh man, this was probably one of the best LOLtastic moments I have seen lately! Prosecutor-turned-TV host Nancy Grace grilled Jon Gosselin on “The Insider” Monday night about his bitter divorce from his estranged wife Kate, leaving poor Jon looking as if he was about to soil himself. Grace questions Jon’s motive to pull the plug on the family’s reality show now and bashed him for the parade of women coming in and out of his door.
Per PopEater:
“For years Jon, you had your children on TV on a reality show, but suddenly when it’s no longer ‘Jon & Kate Plus 8,’ it’s ‘Kate Plus 8,’ you suddenly have a problem with it and you want it all to come to an end? I don’t believe that,” Grace said.
Oh just wait kittens, it gets better! Jon responded by claiming that ‘regardless of timing, I’m their father and I will do whats best for my children.’ Oh, like waiting for the children to be asleep before boinking the nanny. How considerate of you! Grace was quick with a response!
“What’s important is the children and not these two self-absorbed husband and wife who are argue constantly in front of their children?” she continued. “Why don’t you just quit arguing and work on your marriage, wouldn’t that be a better idea?”
Grace also took shots at Jon’s reliance on his lawyer to help answer questions and slammed him for changing the topic of conversation to himself when discussing the kids., challenging him to answer why is this always about him. Grace goes on to question Jon’s motive to pull the plug on the family’s reality show now and told him that he talks the talk but doesn’t walk the walk.
“You can’t go out with one 22-year-old after the next while she’s at home with the children and say you want to work it out. That’s not working it out, Jon Gosselin,” she added.
Grace fired back one more time at Jon, claiming that he and Kate need some sort of counseling together. All in all, it was pretty good TV. Grace really came out swinging against Jon, and we finally got to see him do a bit of squirming. I wonder if Kate has as much fun watching it as the rest of us!
Naomi Campbell Cuts Another Photographer

Naomi Campbell is a veteran at assault. The glamazon has been involved in numerous charges of attacking everyone from assistants to photographers and police. One case in involved a cell phone.
New reports state that Naomi once again hit a photog and cut his eyes. Best part is, she didn’t even need straight razors coated in Vaseline. (I heard it works wonders from a ho I used to pretend I liked in exchange for not being cut.) Campbell used her nails and handbag to put the paparazzo in the hospital according to the Daily Mail.
“Gaetano Di Giovanni claimed his face was scratched and bruised after Miss Campbell, 38, allegedly slapped him and hit him with her handbag. The supermodel’s ‘nails had damaged his left eye’, Mr Di Giovanni was reported telling Italian newspaper La Repubblica.”
The model is on vacation with her boyfriend in Italy when Giovanni got too close. Her rep insists that nothing happened and the entire story is completely untrue. The rep also stated that Gaetano was seen following her in a small boat the next day. He also made no reports to the police.
Good ol’ Naomi. That’s I Moan spelled backward. Just sayin’.
Britney Spears Dance Attacked by Fan – Video

While performing on her Circus tour, Britney Spears was dance attacked by a crazed fan.
During “Womanizer” Kyle King snuck on stage to dance with Spears. He was just a few feet away from the pop princess as she backed away from his dance moves. Thank the show gods that her dancers were able to swoop in and get the 20 year old off the stage. You can see him at the 2:17 second marker appear right in front of the singer as he tries to get his crunk on. Spears appeared to be pretty shaken up and spooked, but carried on to finish the last few minutes of the show. The fan was taken into custody and arrested.
Per E Online:
“A detective with the Connecticut State Police confirms to E! News that King was arrested for breach of peace and release on $250 cash bond. He is expected at Norwich Superior Court on June 18.”
Lets say for the sake of argument that this fan with happy feet was drunk or high thanks to a pill he found on the floor.

Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt in Miami Brawl

Paris Hilton and her boyfriend-of-the-month Doug Reinhardt were involved in a brawl with a bodyguard early Friday. In an interview with “RadarOnline“, the heiress said they were attacked at the LIV nightclub in the Fontainebleau hotel in Miami Beach.
Per Radar:
“I can’t believe someone would do this to us, it’s really scary,” said Paris.
Hilton reportedly approached the DJ booth to request a song for her to dance to by either Madonna or Black Eyed Peas, instead of the techno music that was being played. The bodyguard there apparently thought Paris was a little too close to the DJ and shoved Paris, which prompted an angry Doug to tell the man not to touch his girlfriend. The bodyguard and Doug then began to brawl. Hotel security intervened and the fight was broken up, but not before Doug ended up with a bloody lip. Paris was not injured. Police were called to the scuffle, but no charges were filed. Soon afterwards, Paris and Doug left the club and planned to leave Miami as soon as possible.
Good idea, Paris. You can’t run every city you go to!
