Is Miley Cyrus Getting Married?

This may or may not be true since this comes from the “National Enquirer”, but they have been right about a lot of stuff as of late. However, I think we can blow this one off as a baseless rumor. According to the magazine, Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are getting married soon.

The happy pair are talking about a spring 2011 wedding, sources tell The ENQUIRER.

Miley turns 18 on November 23rd, and a so-called “source” says that Miley’s dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, is all for the wedding once she’s legal.

“Billy Ray is all for the wedding…once she turns 18,” revealed a source close to the “Achy Breaky Heart” singer. “He thinks the world of Liam and sees a lot of himself in him. They’re both extremely protective of Miley – and they both have her best interests at heart.”

So is it all fiction? Yes, says reps for Miley and Billy Ray to Gossip Cop. They say the story is “not true” and that Miley not marrying in spring 2011.

Billy Ray Cyrus Defends Miley Cyrus Pole Dancing -Video

It may be just a hunch, but I don’t think Billy Ray Cyrus will be winning any “Father of the Year” awards anytime soon! Speaking out for the first time, Cyrus doesn’t think that anything is wrong with his daughter Miley’s pole dancing at the Teen Choice Awards last week. Um, excuse me? The fact that she’s only 16 is wrong enough! While singing her latest hit song, “Party In The USA,” Miley jumped on top of an ice cream cart that was being pushed by her back up dancers. She then crouched and danced next to a metal pole attached to the top of the cart, which set off a firestorm of criticism all over the place and leaving behind a trail of ticked off mothers of daughters who look up to Cyrus as a role model.

Per Access Hollywood:

“You know what? I just think that Miley loves entertaining people,” Billy Ray told Access. “She loves singing [and] songwriting. I always tell her to love what you’re doing and stay focused for the love of the art and not worry so much about opinion,” he added. “I give my kids a lot of freedom to make the art they wanna make, and make it in their own voice. I think it’s important.”

So your underage daughter dancing provocatively on a metal pole is considered art? The window is closing on the Cyrus family’s chance to set this girl straight or she will be well on her way to becoming a ‘Lohanesque’ sort of mess. I give it two years, tops, and we’ll have some Miley Cyrus naked pictures or a sex tape being shopped around.

Oh. My. Stripper Pole.

Yes kittens, that is a group of children. Not teens. Children. And there they are, posing happily with what appears to be a stripper pole. I could be wrong. I haven’t been to a club that offers such dancing equipment since my run in with a bouncer named Tito, but that sure is what they used to look like.

Did I mention that one of those kids just happens to be the 9 year-old sister of Miley Cyrus? Yep. On the left. There’s little Noah Cyrus. Little “I’m so young my parents have to sign-off on pictures taken of me” Noah Cyrus. And Billy Ray and the next Dina Lohan came to the conclusion that having Noah photographed on said pole while looting the gift room at the Teen Choice Awards was a great idea.

Actually, I am surprised Billy Ray isn’t up there with her. That would have been Disney classy.

Miley Cyrus’ Stalker Speaks To Her…Via Photos

Everyone’s favorite moral compass, Miley Cyrus has herself a much older man…and I am not talking about her 20-year-old boyfriend Justin Gaston. Actually, I am referring to Mark McLeod, a Georgia man who has reportedly been stalking Miss Cyrus for sometime.

McLeod recently showed up in some footage shot of Cyrus while the Hannah Montana star was in New York.

Via Gawker:

“He tells the ‘New York Daily News’ that they have a dialogue where he talks to the 16-year-old (out loud maybe?) and she responds through her various paparazzi photos.”

According to the website, he would also like to marry Miley in the future. Who wouldn’t? The chick is worth millions. I am sure Billy Ray is trying to find some backwards law that would allow him to marry her himself to get his hands on some of that cash.

Apparently, Miley isn’t too worried about McLeod. Though he looks rather creepy in the video, I couldn’t find any restraining order that has been issued against him on Miley’s behalf…yet. Someone clue this girl in before she turns into a lampshade in this guy’s apartment.

Miley Cyrus: No Text Before Marriage

Once again, Miley Cyrus is in trouble with the good Christians of the world, but it isn’t because she wore those ho-hose to Sunday’s service. No, Miley was reprimanded by her pastor for committing one of the cardinal sins: text before marriage. C’mon Rev-she’s just a 16 year-old girl, trying to send a text to her 20-year-old boyfriend Justin Gaston, during your service. What’s wrong with that? I’m sure it didn’t have anything to do with the fact that she often uses this cell phone to photograph herself in various states of undress while striking poses one often uses for their Myspace profile picture.

An insider told Star Magazine:

“They thought they could fool people, but Miley couldn’t stop giggling. The pastor got peeved and pulled the couple aside for a verbal spanking.”

Since a spanking was involved, I am sure Miley and Justin ended up enjoying themselves. They are such a good, wholesome couple. Those crazy kids remind me so much of Jaime-Lynn Spears and her baby-daddy, Casey What’s-his-name. They will no doubt be together forever, or until Billy Ray drains her bank account-which ever comes first.
