Brett Favre Sued For Sexual Harassment

As if we didn’t see this one coming a mile away… Brett Favre officially retired from the NFL this week, but don’t expect his retirement to be full of tropical vacations and relaxation. Last week Brett was fined $50k by the NFL for the inappropriate text and picture messages he sent Jenn Sterger. But now two other women, Christina Scavo and Shannon O’Toole are suing Brett for sexual harassment. They also were employed by the New York Jets as massage therapists when Brett played for them.

Per CNN:

Christina Scavo and Shannon O’Toole say they were subjected to sexual harassment and discrimination when Favre was part of that team, according to the complaint filed Monday. The pair say they lost their jobs as part-time massage therapists after objecting to sexually suggestive text messages he sent in 2008.

According to the complaint, the two women say Favre sent messages that read: “Brett here you and crissy want to get together I’m all alone” and “Kinda lonely tonight I guess I have bad intentions.”

The lawsuit is being filed against Brett and the New York Jets. In the new lawsuit, Scavo also alleges that he treated her like a “hanging slab of meat” when they both worked with the team in 2008. Hmmm… I wonder if Sterger will get in on this lawsuit too? Well there goes Brett’s stress free retirement.

Brett Favre Fined By NFL For Sexting Controversy

The NFL has fined Minnesota Vikings quarterback Brett Favre $50,000 dollars for failing to cooperate in an investigation dealing with Favre text messaging pictures of ‘little Brett’ to sideline reporter Jenn Sterger. The league issued a statement saying there was no violation of league policies regarding Favre’s interaction with Sterger. However, NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell determined that Favre was less than candid in many respects during the investigation. The NFL statement said that led to a longer investigation and negative public attention for Favre, Sterger and the league. Gee, ya think?!?

Per The NY Times:

“On the basis of the evidence currently available to him, Commissioner Goodell could not conclude that Favre violated league policies relating to workplace conduct,” the N.F.L.’s statement said. “The forensic analysis could not establish that Favre sent the objectionable photographs to Sterger. The review found no evidence to contradict the statements of both Favre and Sterger that they never met in person, nor was there anything to suggest that Sterger engaged in any inappropriate conduct.”

The league added:

“However, Commissioner Goodell also determined that Favre was not candid in several respects during the investigation, resulting in a longer review and additional negative public attention for Favre, Sterger, and the N.F.L. Commissioner Goodell stated to Favre that if he had found a violation of the league’s workplace conduct policies, he would have imposed a substantially higher level of discipline.”

The allegations against Favre surfaced online in early October, which included text messages and voicemails allegedly left by the quarterback for Sterger, including one in which he invites her to his hotel. There were also several below-the-belt photos released said to be of Favre, which were allegedly sent to Sterger. The league’s investigation began in October and the fine was announced earlier today. The NFL also reviewed media reports that Favre pursued two massage therapists who worked at the Jets’ facility in 2008, when Favre played for the team. But the league said that claim could not be substantiated because people with “potentially relevant information” declined to be interviewed or cooperate with investigators.

Favre probably feels like the league is being rigid and that they are giving him the shaft. He also most likely feels the the fine is too stiff and that the evidence against him came up short… I kid, I kid.

1. Tiger Woods and the Whore Parade – The pro-golfer went from idol to shamed sex maniac after a rodeo of hookers, waitresses and night club hostesses came forward with tales of his fetishes. It all started in late 2009 as Tiger’s wife chased him down with a club and went Dick Cheney on him and his car. The ladies of the night then started pouring out details of their sordid affairs. 2. Mel Gibson and the Glum C*nt – After divorcing his wife Mel Gibson and his mistress, Oksana Grigorieva, went public. The two then hit red carpet events together and announced that they were expecting a baby. Following the birth of their daughter Lucia, Mel went crazy and reportedly hit Oksana while she held their infant daughter in her arms. Gibson has a past full of drunken tirades surrounding his personal anti-Semitic views so when the news of audio tapes filled with death threats and acts of violence hit, it wasn’t as much of a shock. Her latest antic was being video tapped sucking on a bong and immediately tripping on what is said to be salvia. It’s been a busy year for the “Can’t Be Tamed” singer. She was also the subject of Perez Hilton’s faux pas after he posted an uncensored pic of her crotch on Twitter. Roberta Ferguson of Earsucker explained that “He pushed the lines of child pornography, as the Disney starlet was only 17-years-old at the time. It was one of the biggest stories of the year because it caused a wave of controversy among his detractors. He didn’t back down, instead taking to his blog to make an unapologetic video. 5. Charlie Sheen VS. Hotel Chandelier – Charlie Sheen loves his booze, coke and women (not necessarily in that order.) He ended his last Christmas threatening and hitting his wife. The progressed with the usual antics of jail, rehab and some of his cars mysteriously committing suicide. Finally, in October the current highest paid male tv star had a debacle at the Plaza Hotel. We aren’t talking some Eloise shiz here. Charlie was found naked in his room after a hooker/porn star called the cops when he locked her in a closet and then beat up a chair, table and chandelier. 6. John Travolta Gay Sex Scandal – This has been going on for years, but it hit a new pinnacle when author Robert Randolph wrote about John’s same sex exploits in his new book. To further the rumor, Carrie Fisher voiced her opinions on his sexuality.

“I know you and Travolta go way back, so let’s get really blunt here: Does his (Travolta’s) legal team have any business demanding Gawker remove a recent post suggesting that he’s given (bleep) jobs?”

Fisher answered “Wow! I mean, my feeling about John has always been that we know and we don’t care. Look, I’m sorry that he’s uncomfortable with it, and that’s all I can say. It only draws more attention to it when you make that kind of legal fuss. Just leave it be.”

7. Lindsay Lohan.Period. – It wouldn’t be a year without Lindsay Lohan crying in a courtroom. Lindsay failed to show up to a court date for a DUI hearing because Leprechauns stole her passport while she was in Cannes. Looming paparazzi followed the flimsy excuse with pics of Lindsay partying the nights away following the loss of her travel documents. She landed in jail and gave us all another mugshot to add to her collection. After a two week sentence she was plopped into rehab and failed a drug test in September. 8. Demi Lovato Punching Back Up Dancer – This troubled starlet couldn’t dodge the Disney curse. From photos and rumors of her cutting problem to her drug addictions and partying, this girl was a time bomb. After whatever it was that set her off (perhaps the staged romance with Joe Jonas), Demi punched one of her back up dancers. 9. LeAnn Rimes Man Snatchin’ – LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian met on the set of set of a Lifetime movie. They soon turned into a real life drama. The two were caught on camera having a date night while kissing and suck on each other’s fingers. Both were married to other people at the time. Eddie attempted to make it work with his wife after their affair became public knowledge. Rimes continued to stalk him and pretty much told her husband to take a hike. They are now engaged and sitting by themselves at the shamed bitches table. Shape Magazine received an onslaught of criticism after plastering LeAnn on their cover. The Editor has since apologized for her lapse in taste.

10. Brett Favre Caught With His Pants on the Ground – Brett Favre couldn’t keep his peen to himself according to Jenn Sterger. The Playboy Playmate turned Sports Illustrated lacky shared the story of Brett trying to seduce her on multiple occasions. It started with a few phone calls that turned sexually aggressive and were followed with pictures of Favre’s penis. In one of the photos Brett is allegedly masturbating while wearing sandals. What resulted was a laughable investigation and a slew of Croc jokes. As pointed out on Sportscasm, it is impossible to tell whether or not or not it is actually Favre, but the voicemails sound a lot like him.

Brett Favre The Next Tiger Woods?

Could the Vikings quarterback be the next Tiger Woods? Brett Favre has been in the news lately regarding the passes he’s been making on and off the field. Brett’s a married man, but allegedly likes to send very dirty text messages to women other than his wife… and now, other women are starting to come forward.

Two years ago, when he played for the NY Jets, Favre allegedly sent photos of his penis to a former Jets sideline reporter and model/actress named Jenn Sterger, after contacting her through MySpace and leaving her voice mails asking to come to her hotel. Sterger, who is no longer with the Jets either, has not spoken publicly about the alleged incidents. In fact, voicemails and pictures from Favre were made public by a third party, which the sports blog Deadspin.com purchased. Sterger has not filed a formal sexual harassment complaint – yet. According to Deadspin, in August 2008, Favre messaged Sterger on MySpace encouraging her to speak with the Jets media relations manager who will “slip you my # or ask for yours.” It is unclear if she gave out her number or whether her number was handed over without her knowledge, but Sterger then started to receive voicemails, allegedly from Favre, in which he says he hoped they could get in touch because “I’d love to have you over tonight.”

Yes, there’s a possibility that the person communicating with Jenn was not actually Brett Favre, but rather someone trying very hard to appear to be him. But let’s look at the evidence: For an individual to put forth the effort to 1.) acquire a cellphone with a Mississippi area code; 2.) take some voice lessons; and 3.) implicate Jets handlers and perhaps other people, all within a very short period of time and for no discernible reason other than to mess with Sterger, well, that’s some very aggressive role-playing. Jenn believed it to be him. Others believed it to be him. We’ve seen far too many supposedly family-oriented and upstanding professional athletes whose off-field behavior contradicts their well-manicured public persona. If Sterger is right, Brett Favre really is like a kid out there.

Sterger was allegedly then approached by someone who tried to set up her on a date with Favre. She demurred, joking that if she would go on a date with him, she might end up “in a garbage can.” The next voicemails she received, Favre allegedly says, “So, in some garbage can, huh? So that’s what you think of you? Well, I’m still trying!” That’s when Sterger began getting text message photos of penises.

On Friday, Deadspin announced that two other women claim they received inappropriate attention, including text messages, from Favre when he played with the Jets. Both worked for the team in 2008 when the Jets trained at Hofstra University and one of them contacted Deadspin and The New York Post when they saw Favre in the news last week.

Lindsay received a text message from Favre, according to Mandy. Lindsay assumed it was for a massage but quickly realized Brett was asking for more. He invited both Lindsay and Mandy back to his hotel room. Mandy claims that the texts became increasingly inappropriate (“just nasty stuff”), but she adds that Brett did apologize when he found out she was married.

Hmmm I wonder how many more girls will be made public soon? It seems with every celebrity involved in some sort of cheating scandal that once one talks, they all talk! Ugh oh Brett – looks like you may be in some BIG trouble.

Prince’s Vikings Song – Video and Lyrics

Prince was so moved by the Minnesota Vikings win over the Dallas Cowboys last week, he put together a tribute song to his hometown team for the NFC Championship versus the New Orleans Saints called “Purple and Gold.” He wrote it after watching them stomp all over Tony Romo & his boys, saying it was the first time he’d seen the Vikings play in years and that afterward he “saw the future.” I see the future too, which includes loads of vomiting if I ever have to sit through this song again. If I had my choice, I’d rather listen to Brett Favre’s rendition of “Pants on the Ground” than this. Someone write a song for the Indianapolis Colts and you’ll have my attention.

Ok….so…the American Idol nuttery has taken hold. Some older fellow by the name of General Larry Platt auditioned for the talent show with his song, “Pants on the Ground.” The video of Platt went viral and everyone had to hit the free clinic.

Brett Favre apparently is a fan of A.I. and loves him some Pants on the Ground. After owning the Cowboys, Favre smacked his man-friend on the rump and did his version the viral video.
