It’s been a crazy last six months for Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller. There have been verbal fights, custody battles, and trips to rehab. Hopefully today a weight has been lifted off of both Charlie and Brooke’s shoulders because they are now officially divorced! … Charlie’s back on the market, ladies!
Charlie Sheen is Winning Defeated! Sheen left a Los Angeles family court late this morning after failing to win full custody of his twin sons, Bob and Max, in an emergency hearing with his estranged wife, Brooke Mueller.
It appears Charlie Sheen will be winning some more soon. What will he be winning? Custody of his twin boys from soon to be ex-wife Brooke Mueller. She’s had custody of the children since Charlie went off his rocker a few months ago, but now she too is in no shape to care for them. Mueller has entered rehab again following a “week of binging,” sources have told TMZ, and she was forced to enter after refusing a mandatory drug test on Friday. Sources say that refusal was because of a reported cocaine bender that lasted the entire week, according to multiple reports… And Sheen is not taking this too lightly.
According to TMZ, having Charlie Sheen as your ex-husband will drive a girl to drink!
While Charlie was playing liar-liar-pants-on-fire with Warner Brothers, his ex and mother to his twin sons, Bob and Max, Brooke Mueller, was spotted at a California pawn shop this morning trying to get cash for a man’s watch and a stereo system.
“Sources tell TMZ Brooke has fallen off the wagon. In the surveillance footage from the store, Brooke nervously and anxiously paces around the store while the employees check out the items.”
Mueller currently receives a whopping $55,000/month in child support from Sheen so it is unclear as to what she would need the money for.
Many are speculating that Mueller, who reportedly drank while pregnant for the twins, has fallen off the wagon.
Hopefully, she’s only hitting the Tiger Blood.
Apparently the only thing Charlie Sheen is high on these days is life. But before Charlie can see his kids, he needs to undergo a psych evaluation, according to what his custody agreement with soon-to-be ex-wife Brooke Mueller states. Finally, someone is questioning his mental health! The terms of the custody deal remain undisclosed to the public, but Radar Online claims that one clause in the agreement states that Charlie has agreed to have a full psychological evaluation before he can see Bob and Max.
“Charlie won’t see the boys until he sees a psychiatrist, that is someone neutral, that hasn’t previously treated him.”
As of yet, he has not submitted for the test, (we’re assuming it’s because he’s too busy gearing up for his upcoming Live Tour) but he “knows” what he has to do should he want contact with them again. His other ex wife, Denise Richards, is keeping their daughters far away from him at the moment. No word on if she will let the girls see their dad once he passes this psych evaluation. TMZ says both Charlie and Brooke had to take drug tests on March 11th because of their custody battle, and believe it or not, Charlie was as clean as a whistle. No word yet on Brooke’s results.
Charlie was forced to surrender the boys to police earlier this month after Brooke – who herself has a problem with drugs – was granted a temporary restraining order against him because she was “extremely concerned” for the safety of the twins when around him. Meanwhile, Brooke, who has the primary custody of their sons, has let her temporary restraining order against Charlie expire today. She was scheduled to petition to have the temporary restraining order made permanent, but her lawyers canceled the court appointment. Both Charlie and Brook have also promised to take a drug test every week until their twins turn 18.

Anyone who’s been following the Charlie Sheen madness knows that he’s, well, a little off his rocker. Last night Los Angeles Police Department officers paid yet another visit to the troubled stars home as part of an investigation into a suspected violation of the temporary restraining order connected to his ex-wife Brooke Mueller, after an anonymous person placed a call to the LAPD alleging that Sheen was threatening to injure himself with a gun.
Per TMZ:
Under the restraining order obtained by Brooke Mueller, Charlie is prohibited from possessing weapons.
Officers searched for several hours and found one weapon, an antique gun from the 1800′s along with some bullets. Sheen’s lawyer, Mark Gross, said he did not believe that by having the items his client was in violation of the restraining order taken out against Sheen this month after Mueller requested it, alleging that he had threatened to kill her, reportedly saying “I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom.” Gross said no drugs were found and police were courteous during the Thursday night search — and authorities echoed the same thoughts about Sheen. The revelations were in a court document that resulted in a court order that removed Sheen’s twin boys from his home. The restraining order states Sheen cannot possess, have, buy or try to buy, receive or try to receive, or in any other way get guns, other firearms or ammunition.
As the raid was under way, news helicopters broadcast footage of Sheen (who filed a $100 million lawsuit against his former “Two and a Half Men” bosses earlier in the day) calmly eating burgers with some friends in his backyard. He later tweeted, “All good here on homefront. All reports are false. I’ll explain more very soon.” He later added, “The LAPD were AWESOME. Absolute pros! They can protect and serve this Warlock anytime! 101 and on the black. 50 cops in my home. they all left. I’m still here. WINNING? 24/7.”
Earlier Thursday, Sheen and Mueller reached a private custody agreement. Terms were not disclosed, and they asked for “privacy on this matter.”
Police probably should have confiscated that machete he’s been waving around Hollywood, too (you know, because of the whole ‘I’ll cut your head off and send it to your mom’ thing).

Last night Charlie Sheen’s twin boys were taken by police. Sheen was stripped of custody of his sons Bob and Max after threatening his ex wife, Brooke Mueller. TMZ reports that Charlie took a page from Mel Gibson’s Book of Insanity and told Brooke, “I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom.” According to her, he also threw a phone and threatened to stick a penknife in her eye.
After he spewed that little diddy, Mueller got a restraining order. A judge then ordered Charlie to surrender the boys. Police removed them from Casa de CRAZY Tuesday evening. The kids will be staying with Brooke’s mother while she continues to undergo treatment for substance abuse.
Of course Charlie isn’t owning up to anything and stated that he never threatened her and will be going to court ASAP. He even let cameras roll as he handed the kids over to the authorities. (#classy)

Charlie Sheen took time from driving cars off cliffs (read about that hot mess by CLICKING HERE), to sign official divorce documents ending his marriage to Brooke Mueller.
The pair will reportedly share custody of their twin sons with Mueller receiving primary custody and $55,000/month is child support. Holla!
Although Brooke waived spousal support, she did get over a $700,000 lump sum from Sheen along with half the money they were paid to sell pics of their kids to Getty Images.
Unfortunately, Brooke won’t be able to cash in on any tell-all.

Per the agreement, Mueller agrees, “not to disclose to any media sources personal information relating to Charlie’s sexual affairs or alleged drug usage.” Sheen also agrees not to discuss Mueller’s alleged drug use.
Finally, they both agreed not to insult the other in front of the children.
You know, like by throwing her around and holding her at knife-point while on holiday in Aspen? Yea, that’s not allowed anymore.

Charlie Sheen will reportedly plead guilty for assaulting his wife when he appears in court next week and serve a 30-day jail sentence. Sheen is due in court on June 7 to begin immediately serving his sentence following his arrest on Christmas Day in Aspen, Colorado. He faced a series of serious charges after his wife Brooke Mueller claimed he had held a knife to her throat and threatened to kill her (read about that here.) Both had been drinking at the time, and both later entered rehab for their problems. Despite Mueller’s plea to drop the assault charges, prosecutors pressed ahead with the case. By agreeing to a lesser offense, rather than the more serious charges of third-degree assault and felony menacing, he received a reduced sentence of just 30 days. Personally, I think this guy’s whole life is a felony. Sheen must also complete 36 hours of anger management sessions before appearing in court.

Sheen is unlikely to make waves while in Aspen lockup and his good behavior will bring his sentence down significantly, meaning he’d only serve about half the time.
I wouldn’t be banking on the “good behavior” part. Sheen hasn’t exhibited good behavior in years! But, hey, he probably can when it suits him, like getting sprung from the clink early. Chief Deputy District Attorney Arnold Mordkin confirmed deal had been reached but declined to disclose details, and a judge has yet to sign off on the deal. Once he’s out of the joint, he’ll be a free man – no probation. Sheen was given a choice of straight probation or jail time, but took the later because the probation option was considered “too risky.” Let’s face it, judging by Sheen’s track record, the chances of him being able to keep out of mischief while on probation are slim to none. We can’t expect him to act like a normal law-abiding citizen! He’ll also get out in just enough time to start filming “Two and a Half Men,” which he recently signed on for two more seasons, getting a huge raise with the contract. How convenient.
Yeah, I could see something like this putting some major strain on any relationship! Charlie Sheen’s wife Brooke Mueller reportedly went to rehab for alcohol abuse when she was five months pregnant with twins Bob and Max, after several bottles of alcohol were found in her car. It is also being said that the couple fought bitterly due to Brooke’s drinking while pregnant, and Charlie blamed her for the premature birth of the twins and the heart issue that kept one of their son’s hospitalized for several weeks after the other baby came home from the hospital. However, her attorney Yale Galanter is fighting back, claiming the reports are “dead wrong.”

“I know that’s not true. I’m very familiar with the situation, and that’s totally not true. She was not in rehab for alcohol abuse while pregnant. That never occurred. She’s an incredible mother; it’s amazing to see her with her children.”
Well, do you really expect her to stand up and say “Why yes, I did go to rehab for alcohol while I was pregnant. My sons medical problem is solely my fault!” Galanter is currently working on lifting the protection order that bans Brooke and Charlie from contacting each other after their Christmas spat spiraled out of control. (Read about that here.) Given she was drunk at 8:30am on Christmas morning, I tend to doubt her credibility. Its about time Charlie and Brooke cut their losses and go their separate ways!
