Good news, Gleeks! Chord Overstreet is in “final talks” to come back to “Glee” as blonde hunk Sam Evans on a recurring basis. Apparently, Glee missed Chord, and Chord missed singing all those Journey songs. Awww.

Ryan Murphy has once again delivered more ‘Glee’ news that has my mother calling me in the wee hours of the morning (YES. Anything before 11 AM is considered wee hours when one has a hangover).
While at Comic-Con one of the show’s creators, Brad Falchuk, announced that despite the fact that Lea Michele, Chris Colfer, and Cory Monteith will graduate on the show…they will NOT leave the show. EW reports that the trio will return for season 4 of ‘Glee.’

It looks like consoling my mother with Michael Bolton CDs and Mint Milano cookies as she pleaded to the heavens, ‘Don’t mess with mah GLEE!!!!!!’ was all for nothing. Chord Overstreet might still grace the halls of ‘Glee’ with his blonde Bieber-worthy locks and his lips that are one of the gateways to Narnia.

Taylor Swift Dating ‘Glee’s’ Chord Overstreet

How do you mend a broken heart in Hollywood? You don’t… you just move on to the next one. Remember at the end of last year when we thought Taylor Swift and Jake Gyllenhaal were the cute new couple? That ended just as fast as their coffee date. Now, Taylor has been spotted with someone new and I believe this guy may actually have potential. Chord Overstreet, who plays Sam on ‘Glee‘, joined Swift on Thursday evening at a L.A. Kings hockey game – and now rumors of a relationship have kicked into high gear!
Per E!:
“They are dating,” confirms a source close to the country cutie. “It’s in the early stages so who knows, but they seem to be into each other.”
The couple also attended the Montblanc Cocktail Party at Soho House on Saturday night in West Hollywood, then they made their way to the William Morris Endeavor party at the Chateau Marmont. Basically, they spent the entire Oscars weekend hand-in-hand. At least, this time, she appears to be with someone who is a far better match for her than, say, skeezy John Mayer or potential closet case Gyllenhaal. If you are keeping score at home, this is the second Glee cast member associated with Swift. She briefly dated Cory Monteith (Finn) last year.

Gwyneth Paltrow on Glee Plus Spoilers

I will insert a spoiler warning again for those who are confused or easily distracted by shiny object and missed the spoiler alert in the title. SPOILERS AHEAD…
Tonight Gleeks will let out a simultaneous sigh of relief as ‘Glee’ returns at 8 PM EST. This season opener will focus on rivalry and relationships.
Rachel and Finn are still together after the summer, but Finn is starting to grow tired of Rachel’s controlling manner. Tina and Artie have called it quits and Tina ran into the arms of Mike. Sue Sylvester will go toe to toe with a her rival after a new football coach forces budget cuts to Sue and Will. Coach Beiste (yes it is pronounced beast) is over 6 feet of female football coach that makes Sue bark “A female football coach, like a male nurse, is a sin against nature.” The arrival of Beiste unites Will and Sue as they try to bring her down. Sue goes overboard and Finn will pay the price.
Rachel finds a new foe in Sunshine Corazon (played by Charice) that will feature a cover of Beyonce’s ‘Listen’ circa ‘Dream Girls.’ Will battles Beist and another new enemy played by Cheyenne Jackson. Jackson will be the new musical director of Vocal Adrenaline and purveyor of problems.
As for love…this is where Gwyneth Paltrow comes in. She is set to take a break from cranking out judgments and GOOP to play a substitute teacher filing in for Schuester. The Gleeks adore her and soon Will follows suit. Enter drama for his relationship with Emma. Kurt also gets a boyfriend! They will reach power couple status and even hit prom and nab a nom for Prom King and King. Rumor has it that it will be new cast addition Chord Overstreet . Brittany will also be getting very close to fellow Cheerio. Theories are abound that she and Santana will be locking lips.
Gwen, who is a Ryan Murphy BFF, will also be joined by a slew of other guest stars. Next week we will finally get to see the much anticipated Britney Spears episode (Click HERE for photos from the episode). Javier Bardem and John Stamos will also be making a pit stop.
Themes for the upcoming shows will include another Madonna Tribute, Rocky Horror Picture Show (John Stamos will be footing vocals for some of this episode) and more tributes to a mystery musical influence due to air after the Super Bowl.
