Celebrity Apprentice Cast 2012

In case you don’t get enough of Z Listers eating bugs, squeezing into a rhinestone encrusted bustier and having their pets fortune told, then ‘Celebrity Apprentice‘ returns to fill the void.

On February 12th, a slew of “celebrities” will tackle some of “the biggest tasks” the show has ever had. Or so Donald Trump says, but I foresee Clay Aiken getting into a bitch fight over the last of the Kashi Pita Crisps.

Anna Paquin Confirms Bisexuality – Video

Anna Paquin – better known as Sookie Stackhouse to “True Blood” fans – has been keeping a little secret that may be quite surprising for some people. In the new public service announcement from the True Colors Fund, Anna Paquin has come out and admitted that she’s bisexual.

Per Us:

The True Blood star says “I’m bisexual, and I give a damn,” in a new online public service announcement for the Give a Damn Campaign, aimed at promoting gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender equality.

People close to Paquin, who were at the shoot, did not know she was going to make the statement, and came as a total surprise to them. Paquin, who is engaged to co-star Stephen Moyer, quietly made the revelation during a top-secret taping earlier this year and joins the campaign alongside Clay Aiken, Elton John, Jason Mraz, Whoopi Goldberg, Cyndi Lauper, Sharon Osbourne and many other celebrities who “give a damn” and proclaim their sexuality in the clips.

New Music Friday – Jason Walker

While there is not much information floating around in cyber space about Jason Walker just yet, I still wanted to profile him for todays “New Music Friday.” His current single “Down” was featured on last weeks “The Vampire Diaires” and is quickly becoming one of the most sought after songs since the episode. He co-wrote the song with his friend Molly Reed, who is also the female singing with him. Walker has also written songs for other artists such as Clay Aiken, Luke Menard, Nevertheless, and Remedy Drive. Walker is married and lives in Tennessee with his wife. He just wrapped up a mini-tour with friend & American Idol finalist Chris Sligh, playing shows all over the south-east. He has just finished recording his EP, and its available now to download on Amazon and Itunes.

See – not much information is known about this guy just yet, but his song is absolutely beautiful and well worth your time listening to. You can check out the song “Down” above.

Lyrics to “Down” by Jason Walker

I don’t know where I’m at
I’m standing at the back
And I’m tired of waiting
Waiting here in line, hoping that I’ll find what I’ve been chasing.

I shot for the sky
I’m stuck on the ground
So why do I try, I know I’m going to fall down
I thought I could fly, so why did I drown?
Never know why it’s coming down, down, down.

Not ready to let go
Cause then I’d never know
What I could be missing
I’m missing way too much
So when do I give up what I’ve been wishing for

I shot for the sky
I’m stuck on the ground
So why do I try, I know I’m going to fall down
I thought I could fly, so why did I drown?
Never know why it’s coming down, down, down.
Oh I’m going down, down, down
Can’t find another way around
And I don’t want to hear the sound, of losing of what I never found.

I shot for the sky
I’m stuck on the ground
So why do I try, I know I’m going to fall down
I thought I could fly, so why did I drown?
I never know why it’s coming down, down, down.
I shot for the sky
I’m stuck on the ground
So why do I try, I know I’m going to fall down
I thought I could fly, so why did I drown?
Oh it’s coming down, down, down.

Adam Lambert Glam and Gay on Rolling Stone Cover

adam-lambert-rolling-stone-cover

After months of speculation, rumors and released photographs, there is finally an official confirmation: Adam Lambert is gay. The “American Idol” runner-up is coming out to “Rolling Stone” and saying that he is proud of it. Lambert says that his admission probably won’t come off as shocking to the many who have followed his rise to fame.

Per Rolling Stone:

“I don’t think it should be a surprise for anyone to hear that I’m gay,” Lambert says in the new issue of Rolling Stone, hitting newsstands this week. “I’m proud of my sexuality,” Lambert adds. “I embrace it. It’s just another part of me. I loved it this season when girls went crazy for me. As far as I’m concerned, it’s all hot. Just because I’m not sticking it in there doesn’t mean that I don’t find it beautiful,” he graphically says.

Lambert says that he was tempted immediately after the Idol finale to discuss his sexuality but he thought waiting to come out to the magazine would be much cooler, saying he didn’t want the “Clay Aiken thing” and the “celebrity-magazine bull” and wanted to be able to explain himself in context. As for the small scandal over photos of Lambert in drag that surfaced on the Internet back in March, he claims he forgot to remove photos from his profile on a social networking site for the “Burning Man Festival” in Nevada. Lambert says he was worried that people would think the drag ensemble was typical of him, admitting that he’s only dressed in drag three or four times and doesn’t “tuck and wear breasts.” Stereotypes about gays do annoy Lambert though.

“Clay Aiken’s gay, and I’m gay, and we couldn’t be more different. The only thing that is the same about everyone in the gay community is that we’re gay. … Why can’t we talk about a human community?”

Besides his sexuality, he goes on to share other details with the magazine. When he was 21, he was in a European tour of “Hair” for six months. That was when he decided to dye his hair black. In Germany, he admits to experimenting with drugs, smoking pot and trying ecstasy. But he does have limits, and cocaine is a big no-no saying that it is a reflection of the lack of self-esteem and control people have over themselves and their lives. Lambert even goes on to share his feelings toward sharing a living space with Idol winner Kris Allen.

“I was like, ‘Oh, s–t, they put me with the cute guy.’ Distracting!” he says when the show moved them in together. “He’s the one guy that I found attractive in the whole group on the show: nice, nonchalant, pretty and totally my type – except that he has a wife. I mean, he’s open-minded and liberal, but he’s definitely 100 percent straight.”

Hey… who wasn’t crushing on Kris??? I sure was!!

Adam Lambert and Clay Aiken Cage Match

Add some baby oil and you have something that will echo a typical weekend at a frat party.

After Clay Aiken came down from his mountain to pass judgment on Adam Lambert via his blog (only to find Lambert has the bigger fan base and subsequently had to apologize in another unnecessarily long entry), the recent Idol sensation furthered the feud. Glamerace has been the highlight of press and overshadowing the actual “American Idol” winner. So he blames jealousy for Aiken’s outburst.

Via Access Hollywood:

“I don’t know Clay. I’m glad he’s getting headlines now though, because he wasn’t before. If he wants to ride my coattails about it, good for him.”

At the news of this catty response Clay Aiken demanded a box of straight razors, Vaseline, his bitch beating hat (the one with the feathers to be worn at a jaunty angle) and a copy of “West Side Story” to perfect his dance fighting.

Clay Aiken is the American Idol Gay Sidekick, Not Adam Lambert

So get out of my spotlight and step away from my Kashi sponsored snack table!

Oooo! Girl is pissed! Clay is spewing venom at the new reigning queen that took second place on American Idol.

Clay Aiken miraculously still has a fan base and charges them $29.95 a year to be a fan and gain access to his goodies on ClayOnline.com. Someone who was willing to shill out perfectly good money on this stupidity passed along Aiken’s response to: “What did you think of American Idol this year.” He went on a 5 paragraph rant stating that he only watches one episode a year just to “see what the set looks like.” Then he attacked the new loveable Glamberace.

“This year, I happened to turn it during the minute that Adam Lambert was singing “Ring of Fire” and, at that moment, thought my ears would bleed. Contrived, awful, and slightly frightening! I wasn’t really a fan and found myself surprised whenever folks told me that they liked him. Granted, I never saw another performance (and many folks who I trust said that he was great) but I can’t imagine I would have enjoyed it.”

Meow. Kitty has claws. I put the entire rant after the cut due to the fact it is a bit long and doesn’t have the same effect without Clay’s twang and a few head bobs complete with snaps. So put your imagination caps on circa kindergarten and picture him dictating to one of his minions while he tried on garb from Men’s Warehouse and statement-making hats.
