Hollywood's Grand Dame of Gossip and Style
I have pretty much lost count of how many times Lindsay Lohan has been cuffed (for legal reasons). But this is her 6th mug shot. Dumb ho is half way to a calendar spread.
As we reported, Lindsay Lohan is going to be spending some time in jail and doing community service. She pulled the ol’ I have a gigantic sense of self entitlement defense, but the judge threw shade and whipped up a punishment fit for Lindsay’s inability to make decisions like a normal human being.
The Coke Snorlax of the West will be doing her 120 hours of community service at the L.A. County Department of Coroner’s facility. Again. She had to work the morgue in 2004 after being arrested for drunk driving. (Reminder -That was for her second DUI offense.)
Chris Brown has appeared on “Larry King Live” to plead his case in the court of public opinion claiming he was ashamed of himself for assaulting his girlfriend at the time Rihanna, but says he wouldn’t go into the details of the evening out of respect for Rihanna’s privacy. Brown appeared with his mother Joyce Hawkins and lawyer Mark Geragos and tried his best to explain why he lost his temper with her.
Per Examiner:
“I feel like that just there — there’s — we’re young. We’re both young. So nobody taught us how to love one another. Nobody taught us a book on how to control our emotions or our anger.”
Thats the biggest bs excuse I’ve heard as of yet. Chris also blamed his mother’s abusive husband, claiming he doesn’t remember the incident happening. He also stated that he may have become violent because of his age. Sounds to me like a typical abuser, always placing the blame elsewhere except on your own shoulders. Brown, who also told King that he’s still in love with Rihanna and even said he could see a situation where the two could potentially be married in the future, pleaded guilty in June to felony assault and was sentenced to five years’ probation, 180 days of community service, and a year-long domestic violence program, but no jail time. There is also a protective stay away order in effect for Rihanna against Brown.
Per Examiner:
“As far as the actual, what I have to do, I felt personally that, as far as, not saying as a celebrity, because I don’t exclude myself and try to become like, oh, well I’m a celebrity so I shouldn’t be punished. But I feel like, with what I’m capable of doing, as far as influencing people, influencing kids, the youth, I can do a lot more to help the community, other then picking up trash. But, I don’t, I’m not saying picking up trash is something wrong, I’m willing to do it, I’m just saying I know I can do a lot more, which I intend to do, aside from my community service.”
Sorry Chris, but I believe you’re now one of the last people we want influencing today’s children. In spite of the pleas agreement, Brown seems determined to downplay the incident going so far as to questioning whether the photo of Rhianna’s bruised and battered was altered because “That’s not who I am as a person”. When King brought up the prior incidents that were unearthed in Brown’s probation report, an argument overseas and an incident in Barbados where Brown allegedly broke a car window after a fight, the singer refuted any suggestion that the occurrences were evidence of previous abuse and claimed those events never happened.
Per Examiner:
“I’m not aware of those instances,” he explained. “Especially of that nature … as a couple we have had arguments, but nothing to this point.”
Selective memory at its finest. I’m sure I’m not alone in wondering what his ultimate goal for doing the interview in the first place, but I’ve got some theories. None of them being sincere.
Yesterday in late breaking news, Chris Brown was formally sentenced. Judge Patricia Schnegg was not shy in revealing that she was well aware of their continued contact. She stated cooly, “I am not immune to the chatter on the airwaves.”
He was sentenced to five years of probation and 6 months of hard labor. Brown is to stay at least 100 yards away from Rihanna unless at an entertainment related event, say…the Grammy Awards, he will have to be at least 10 yards away from the “Umbrella” singer. He will also have to comply to the following: provide DNA samples as requested by authorities, must also keep in touch with the Probation Department and is subject to search and seizure 24/7 for the next 5 years, no dangerous weapons (including guns or knives), pay $2,500 in restitution and another $2,500 in probation expenses, pay a $30 criminal conviction fee and $400 that goes into a domestic violence fund.
Which is getting off easy after beating the proverbial human waste out of his girlfriend. Details of their post Grammy event fight were also released. Rihanna stated that they were arguing over something that occurred at their pre-award show party. So far it is pretty much what we’ve already heard. TMZ got a hold of the documents and the details.
“The victim said she became enraged and slammed both of her fists against the dashboard on the passenger side of the car they were in. She reported that the defendant then pulled the vehicle over and reached over her with his right hand. He opened the car door and tried to force the victim out.”
“According to the report, Brown was unable to shove Rihanna out of the car because she was wearing a seatbelt. When he could not force her to exit, he took his right hand and shoved her head against the passenger window of the car.
The victim then faced the defendant and he punched her in the left eye with his right hand. He then continued driving. As he drove, he continued to punch the victim in the face with his right hand while steering the vehicle with his left hand. The assault caused her mouth to fill with blood and blood to splatter over her clothing and the inside of the car.”
After multitasking in beating her while driving he threatened to kill her after she made a phone call to her assistant.
[Brown] looked at [Rihanna] and said ‘I’m going to beat the sh*t out of you when we get home! You wait and see!’” Rihanna told police she tried to call her personal assistant, but she didn’t pick up — but Rihanna says she “pretended to talk, saying, ‘I’m on my way home. Make sure the cops are there when I get there.’” She says she pulled the act “because she did not want to get beat anymore.”
The attempt stopping him failed horribly. His onslaught on her continued.
But after Rihanna’s fake phone conversation, she claims Brown “looked at [Rihanna] and said, “You just did the stupidest thing ever! Now I’m really going to kill you!”
The report continues detailing how Brown bit, punched and choked her.
Rihanna told cops that Brown unleashed a second wave of punches, “during which time [Rihanna] interlocked her fingers behind her head and brought her elbows forward to protect her face.” He continued to punch her on her left arm, which caused a contusion on her left tricep.
At that point Rihanna tried texting her assistant. Brown threw the phone out of the car, stopped the vehicle and Rihanna then tried opening her door to get out, but Brown sped off and the door shut with Rihanna inside.
Brown placed Rihanna in a headlock while he drove, then bit her on her left ear. The car eventually stopped and Rihanna took the keys out of the ignition, and Brown began to punch her again in the face and arms. He placed her in a headlock and started applying pressure to her carotid artery. She couldn’t breathe and began to lose consciousness. She tried freeing herself, and Brown bit her left ring and middle fingers and then released her.
Rihanna took off her shoe and tried breaking the passenger window, and he continued to punch her.
Eventually she was able to get out of the car. He continued to beat her outside of the vehicle. After having his fill of hurting her, he searched for his keys but gave up. He took a few CD’s and left her and the car.
It was also said that women were outside of the court house pledging their love to Brown after he was sentenced. Apparently their stupidity matches their taste in men. Idiots.

Dang, these “Harry Potter” actors sure like to smoke, and I’m not just talking about cigarettes! The latest actor, and the latest series actor, to be caught redhanded smoking pot is Josh Herdman, who plays Slytherin House bully Gregory Goyle in the movies. Pictures have surfaced of Herdman smoking what appears to be a ten inch joint while on vacation in Amsterdam. But don’t get your tighty whities in a bunch just yet — Smoking pot in Amsterdam is legal! Betcha the Harry Potter Big-Wigs are just loving this!
Per The Sun:
A pal told The Sun: “Josh sees himself as one of the boys. He’ll join in with whatever anyone’s doing – but some fans might be shocked.”
This comes on the heel of another fellow Harry Potter actor being busted with weed. Actor Jamie Waylett, who plays Draco Malfoy’s henchman Vincent Crabbe, was sentenced to 120 hours of community service in July for growing marijuana after police found 10 plants growing in his mother’s London home.
What would Dumbledore say? I guess maybe its time to consider changing the series name to “Harry Potheads.”

Ugh. This is so gross I can barely report it.
Chris Brown took a plea bargain in his assault case against former girlfriend, Rihanna. In exchange for a guilty plea, Brown will get five years probation and have to serve 180 days doing community service in his home state of Virginia.
Following the hearing, Brown’s lawyer, Mark Gregaros, addressed the media because he likes to hear his own voice and bought a new suit for the occasion.
Via US Weekly:
“This is a kid who has never been in trouble before, who wants to move past this. He has accepted responsibility and will continue to do so. He embraces this as an opportunity to get his life back on track and his career back on track.”
Oh well, if he’s never been in trouble before, by all means, use any lady you’d like as a punching bag.
On top of the probation and community service, the judge also ordered a protective order forbidding the singer from contacting Rihanna and a 50 yard stay-away order which demands that both parties keep their distance from one another.
Rihanna was present but was not called upon to testify.
After Brown left the courthouse, Rihanna and her attorney met with the judge to discuss the stay-away order. The judge in this case, Patricia Schnegg, conveyed to the “Umbrella” singer that she also is not allowed to contact Brown under the protection order and stay-away agreement.
If only the girls on the Maury Povich Show could be afforded the same opportunity we wouldn’t be subjected to the “…but I love him” defense.
