David Beckham is suing a Bosnian whore after she claimed that she and David did the hooker humps back in 2007. Irma Nici went to In Touch with her story about Beckham paying her $10,000 for sex and engaging in threesomes with her hookin’ friends. It has been revealed that the footballer’s attorney, Bert Deixler, sent a letter to In Touch’s editor, Michelle Lee to warn of a lawsuit should the story be printed and sold.

“Let me make this clear. The story you propose to run about Mr Beckham and a prostitute is a lie. The allegations are unequivocally denied and if published will lead to a round of international libel litigation which will end in an enormous damages award against In Touch magazine, its publisher and the author of the libel. I urge you in the strongest possible terms not to bring these lawsuits upon yourself.”

Obviously Lee went ahead with the report. Now, Becks’ legal team served Nici while she was visiting her attorney in New York. The first time they attempted to serve her, she hid in a hotel before trying to escape in a black SUV. The notice was stuffed under the getaway car’s wiper blades. For good measure, another notice was handed to her as she smiled.

“She looked totally unfussed as she looked through the writ for the first time. She just smiled and didn’t look bothered. It is yet another outrageous show from her.”

The hooker isn’t the only one going down (no pun intended). David has also served In Touch with a lawsuit which also demands a trial and details a complaint NINE pages long. Nici, In Touch, Bauer (the mag’s publisher) and Michelle Lee have all been named in the suit.

“The defamatory statements about Beckham are libelous and slanderous. These statements falsely accuse Beckham of criminal and adulterous activity. The defamatory statements expose him to hatred, contempt, ridicule and obloquy because they inaccurately portray Beckham as an unfaithful husband who put his wife’s health at risk by engaging in sexual acts with prostitutes.

Nici’s defamatory statements falsely portray Beckham as having engaged in immoral and criminal acts by soliciting prostitutes for extramarital affairs. Nici made defamatory statements with knowledge of their falsity and with the malicious intent to profit by causing harm to Beckham. In doing the acts alleged herein, Nici acted with oppression, fraud and malice and Beckham is entitled to exemplary damages.”

Heinz Bauer is “livid” and “embarrassed” that the story has caused this much trouble. Beckham’s legal team and reps are doing a fantastic job on damage control.
