‘Twilight: Eclipse’ Leads The Razzie Awards For Worst In Film

‘Twilight Saga: Eclipse‘ was one of the highest grossing films in 2010 dues to it’s cult following. However, not everyone think this series is cinema greatness. The awards for worst in film are coming up in February called “The Razzies” and Eclipse is nominated for 9 awards for the worst in film. Kristen Stewart is up for the Worst Actress trophy and the film’s lead male stars Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner are set to battle it out for Worst Actor. Jackson Rathbone, who is part of the supporting cast for the vampire series is nominated for Worst Supporting Actor for two different films, Eclipse and ‘The Last Airbender.’
Per People:
Eclipse, which is also up for worst picture and worst screen ensemble, tied for the most nominations with M. Night Shyamalan’s The Last Airbender, another worst-picture nominee. Rounding out the worst-picture category are ‘The Bounty Hunter,’ ‘Sex & the City 2‘ and the Twilight parody ‘Vampires Suck.’
Joining Stewart in the Worst Actress category are Jennifer Aniston for The Bounty Hunter, Miley Cyrus for ‘The Last Song‘, and Megan Fox for ‘Jonah Hex,’ while Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis, and Cynthia Nixon received nominations for their roles in the second Sex and the City sequel. Sparklepants is fighting some tough competition for Worst Actor along with Jack Black for ‘Gulliver’s Travels,’ Gerard Butler for The Bounty Hunter, and Ashton Kutcher, who is nominated twice for his parts in ‘Valentine’s Day’ and ‘Killers.’
The Razzie Awards ceremony will take place one day before the Oscars on February 26th. You may remember that Sandra Bullock actually showed up to receive her Razzie for Worst Actress last year. She, of course, received an Oscar the same year for Best Actress as well. Now Twilight has the chance to shine at the Razzie Awards, but I’m guessing the cast will skip that one.

Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson Win Big At ‘Scream Awards 2010′

Leave it to Spike TV to throw yet another completely senseless awards show into the mix. This year, however, they may have learned a lesson by letting fans vote for awards and legions of Twi-Hards flocked to the world wide web into order to crown Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattison ‘Scream Awards 2010′ winners.
Stewart and Pattinson took home matching awards for Best Fantasy Actress and Actor while the third installment of the Twilight franchise, “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse” took home Best Fantasy Movie.

Joe Jonas Ditches Purity Ring for Ashley Greene

Joe Jonas’ purity ring has gone MIA as things heat up between him and girlfriend, Ashley Greene. Eyebrows may no longer be virgin.
She is not exactly the pure type as Ashley Greene nude photos are on the net along with photos of her and ex-boyfriend, Chace Crawford, making out. A friend of the couple has squealed to Life and Style (via Contact Music) that “when they’re not traveling, they’re basically living together.”
Joe has been spotted without his ring and spending the night with Ashley on a regular basis. Most recently they hit a Kings of Leon concert together after dinner at The Ivy. (Which isn’t exactly stealth being that The Ivy is a long time, well know paparazzi favorite.) In July when Greene was in London promoting “Eclipse,” Eyebrows showed up to premiere and said he was there supporting brother, Nick Jonas’ West End debut. Later, Joe was spotted getting Ashley’s bag from his car and disappearing into a hotel.
GASP! Clutch your pearls and alert the church elders. Nah, no one cares that much. The boy is 20 and dating one of the hottest stars with a nude photo scandal under her belt. It’s pretty much a no shiz moment.

Robert Pattinson And Kristen Stewarts’ Relationship Confirmed!

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart may be in no mood to give away the status of their relationship, but that doesn’t stop anyone else from squealing! ‘Twilight Saga: Eclipse‘ Producer Wyck Godfrey seemed to have blown the lid on the couples relationship, pretty much confirming what we have known for quite some time now. Godfrey recently told ‘Time‘ magazine he doesn’t think of Robert’s and Kristen’s romance in a good-for-business way, just that he hopes they “stay together” so there’s nothing awkward on set as they finish up the last two movies, Parts 1 and 2 of ‘Breaking Dawn.’
Per Time:
Everyone is talking about whatever is going on between Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart. Is that good for business?
Do you want the honest answer? I haven’t even thought of it that way.That’s not the honest answer.
It really is. I honestly don’t think of it in terms of business. It doesn’t affect our core business at all. The thing I do think about is, Oh my God, I hope they stay together. Because it could be awkward on set in the next movie if they have a huge falling out. It’s like, Wow, they have to portray this love story through two more movies. God, I hope they stay together; please stay together. That’s what affects my day-to-day.
Uh, what? Slow down on us there, Wyck. Let us absorb “yes, they are dating,” before you jump to “we hope they don’t break up!” But Wyck actually goes beyond any meager confirmation in this statement, seemingly assuming that we all know for a fact that Robsten isn’t a myth anymore. Now that the obvious has been confirmed, Godfrey also believes that the magazines and blogs will soon tire of the whole ‘are they or aren’t they’ questions.
But you walk by newsstands and it’s a publicist’s dream: they are on every cover.
I don’t feel it’s out there anymore. Do people still report on it? If you look at people who have a stable personal life, the rags get tired of them. I think we’re heading to that place where they are together and that’s their life and we better find someone new to create drama out of.
Oh honey, bless your heart. Until Robsten confirms the news themselves, us Twi-hards will never stop speculating!

‘Eclipse’ Cast On Jimmy Kimmel – VIDEOS

There’s not much better than getting pretty much the entire cast of “Eclipse” on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” all on the same night during the whirlwind promotional tour the stars are doing for the upcoming movie. Guests for the episode included Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Dakota Fanning, Peter Facinelli, Bryce Dallas Howard, Xavier Samuel, Ashley Greene, Elizabeth Reaser, Nikki Reed, Chaske Spencer, Alex Meraz and Julia Jones. The event took place in a theater in Hollywood packed with screaming “Twilight” fans. Pattinson, Stewart, and Lautner seemed to enjoy deflecting personal questions in favor of jokes and silly stories. They talked about performing karaoke in South Korea (Miley Cyrus songs were apparently the preferred choices), and answered Jimmy’s question about whether a vampire or a werewolf would do better in a fight with a shark, where Taylor reluctantly admit that a werewolf would probably drown in a fight against a Great White.
Another great moment came from a graphic that flashed across the screen before a commercial break, that listed the amount of people in the audience who thought Rob would one day marry them as 31 percent. Hands down the funniest part of Jimmy’s interview was when Rob revealed an “easter egg” from “Eclipse”: none of the wolf pack have any genitalia. Apparently wolf dangly parts aren’t included in a PG-13 rating, so they need to cut them out. Pattinson promised the vampires as “all there,” though.
Per E!:
“It wouldn’t be PG-13 if the wolves had genitalia…They’re like the action figures,” Pattinson said, agreeing with Kimmel that the wolf pack had been “spayed and neutered” before hitting the big screen.
The end of the show was for fan questions, and while the questions were fairly typical (“Taylor, take off your shirt!”) the responses were actually pretty funny. One girl asked if Peter ever plays vampire with his wife, Jennie Garth, and he replied, “No, but I do play doctor.” Another girl asked Kristen if she liked Rob better with or without his vampire make up, which she completely side-stepped that question by saying that both Rob’s white make up and Taylor’s brown make up get all over her face in the kissing scenes.
Apparently the “Twilight” audience is not a fan of Justin Beiber, because when one girl asked the cast if they had a cast of Beiber Fever (only Peter does), she received a loud chorus of boos. “We’ve got to get that Justin Beiber in the next movie,” Jimmy suggested, which encouraged more boos before he then he added, “Or we could just kill him,” which received cheers. A little harsh if you ask us, but to each fan base their own. The last question came from Adam from Kentucky who asked if there was anything from the book that the cast wished had made it into the movie, and we found out that Carlisle’s flashbacks didn’t make their way to film. Kristen gave the best response though when she said, “I wish I was cooking for Charlie the whole time. So bad.”

Three New ‘Twilight Saga: Eclipse’ Clips Released

By the time they are done releasing the clips, we’ll pretty much have seen the whole movie! Two new clips from “Twilight Saga: Eclipse” have been sent our way, which should make Twi-hards quite happy! When we last left Bella, Edward, and Jacob there was more than just a love triangle in swing. Victoria was attempting to hunt down Bella as revenge for the death of her beloved but dumb vampire boyfriend James in the first “Twilight” movie. The more time passes, the closer she gets to hurting Bella, even with Jacob’s wolfpack buddies and the Cullens to protect her. In this new clip from “Eclipse,” The Cullens have picked up Victoria’s scent and are using their super-speed to hunt her down. Victoria does her best to outwit and outrun them.
In a less dramatic scene, Jacob gets busted on by his fellow werewolves for his continuing crush on Bella, and we’re introduced to Leah Clearwater, the only known female shape-shifting wolf in the history of the Quileute tribe.
In the third clip titled ‘Doesn’t He Own a Shirt’ – and possibly the one Twi-hards will scream the loudest at – there is a joke, a shirtless Taylor Lautner, and Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson making out. I’m not sure what else Twilight fans could want from a few fleeting moments of footage.
More “The Twilight Saga: Eclipse” clips are bound to be on the way ahead of the June 30th release date. Which is surprising considering the audience who plans to see this probably doesn’t need any additional incentive, but hey – we’ll take them!

‘Twilight Saga: Eclipse’ Cast on Jimmy Kimmel Live: PHOTOS

First Jimmy Kimmel scores the first interview with the cast of ‘Lost’ following the series finale, and now he’s gotten the cast of ‘The Twilight Saga: Eclipse’ to show up for an hour-long special.
Everyone from Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner to Peter Facinelli, Ashley Green, and Bryce Dallas Howard showed up Monday night in LA for the taping of the Kimmel special “Jimmy Kimmel Live: Twilight Saga: Total Eclipse of the Heart”.
The show is set to air Wednesday, June 23 at 10/9C one week before ‘Eclipse’ hits the theaters.

Kristen Stewart Finds It “Hard” Making Out With Taylor Lautner

It seems ‘Twilight Saga: Eclipse’ star Kristen Stewart doesn’t like making out with anyone other than her squeeze, Robert Pattinson.
The actress described having to kiss co-star werewolf, Taylor Lautner, as “hard.”
Via US Weekly:
“[Kissing Jacob] was so against everything that Bella’s always been,” Stewart told reporters at an Eclipse press conference Saturday in Los Angeles.
However, she doesn’t seem to have issue with sticking her tongue in Pattinson’s money maker.
“Taylor [and I] have so much fun with this stuff because our intimate moments are so few and far between — and weird. Me and Rob are always so serious because we have [a lot of] those scenes.”
Unfortunately that seriousness didn’t help Stewart and Pattinson’s Best Kiss acceptance speech at the MTV Movie Awards this year. Stewart commented that the two needed “smoke and mirrors” to make their kissing look authentic.

Robert Pattinson Defends Kristen Stewart’s Rape Comment In Interview
If there is one way to piss off ‘Twilight Saga: Eclipse’ star Robert Pattinson, it’s to call out his girlfriend, Kristen Stewart for the stupid shizz that leaks out of her mouth.
In case you didn’t know, KStew came under intense scrutiny not so long ago for comparing the paparazzi’s photographing her to being ‘raped’ (read about her comments by CLICKING HERE).
Both Pattinson and Stewart sat down with Entertainment Weekly this week and discussed the backlash.
Kristen goes on to say that Pattinson could “Sh*t on the face of the Queen” and everyone would still love him.
Kristen, you’re not only right, but if he did that, we’d love him even more.
