Mischa Barton Bar Brawl

Mischa Barton was left spooked during her Halloween partying this weekend after an incident at New York’s Park Bar! Barton was left furious and soaked when some guy poured his drink on her after she accidentally stepped on his foot. In true diva retaliation mode, Barton responded by dumping her drink all over the guy.

Per National Ledger:

“I was standing beside this guy at the bar when Barton went past us carrying two drinks,” an onlooker told the website. “The next thing I knew he threw his drink over her back and she turned around and asked him: ‘Did you just throw a drink over me?’ “The man responded that the drink was in retaliation for Barton stepping on his shoe and she threw one of her drinks in his face.”

The incident took an ugly turn when Barton, who was dressed as a peacock, returned to her table telling her friends what happened, who then rushed over to confront the man and asking him to ‘step outside.’ Things got pretty heated from there, brawling on the dance floor before two bouncers came over and kicked the instigator out of the club, who reportedly left with a gash to his head and a cut up knee. Lesson learned Mischa, a simple ‘Im sorry’ after you stepped on his foot would have went a long way.

Joe Francis Assaults Brody Jenners’ Girlfriend

Apparently Joe Francis has not been keeping up with the whole Chris Brown fiasco, because now he’s the latest celebrity in trouble for allegedly assaulting a female. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is looking for Francis, founder of the controversial Girls Gone Wild franchise, to question him about assaulting Brody Jenners‘ girlfriend, Playboys 2008 Playmate of the Year Jayde Nicole. Francis was reportedly harrassing an ex-girlfriend of his when Jayde decided to go over and come to her rescue from his unwanted advances. Nicole confronted Francis, began arguing, and eventually tossed a drink on the creep. Francis attacked Nicole by pulling her hair, punching her in the face and throwing her to the ground, then proceeded to hit a female friend of hers who was trying to defend her. Security was called in to try and break it up as Jenner was trying to get his hands on Francis, with both ending up being ejected from the club. Jenner met back up with Francis outside of the club, punching Francis in the face before an unidentified individual zapped him with a taser gun. Francis, who was shirtless at that point, then quickly left and the police were called.

Per Brody Jenner’s Twitter:

“Joe Francis beat up my lady this morning for no reason! Pulled her to the ground, punched & kicked her..what does that say about him. How can you call yourself a man when you beat up a girl?? Joe Francis is a piece of sh*t. Joe Francis needs to be in jail!!!”

Jaydes reported injuries are a black and blue cheek, a swollen face, a bruised left rib and her lower abdomen is sore. Some of her hair was also pulled out. A police report has been filed and she said she would press charges against Francis. Good for her. Maybe Francis can spend some more quality time with the jail cell he so obviously misses.

Casey Aldridge In Car Wreck

Casey Aldridge, aka Jaime Lynn Spears’ baby daddy, was rushed to the hospital early this morning after his truck swerved into a ditch and flipped back onto the pavement ejecting three out of the five passengers from the truck. Casey was driving.

Two of the people ejected from the vehicle denied medical treatment. Casey was the third person ejected. He is currently listed in stable condition at University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Miss.

Police couldn’t comment on whether or not alcohol was a factor in the crash. Due to the circumstances and the extent of his injuries, Casey wasn’t interviewed by police until four hours after the crash. However, he still faces charges as a result of the accident.

“Casey was charged with careless operation of a motor vehicle — a misdemeanor — and is currently recovering from his injuries at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Miss.”

For the sake of his young daughter and his meal ticket, we wish him a speedy recovery.
