Los Angeles’ Dependency Court has ruled that Gabriel Aubry can only have contact with his 3 year-old daughter Nahla when a monitor is present in the room. The Department of Children and Family Services reportedly uncovered numerous incidents of “bad parenting,” such as him yanking his daughter from the nanny and pushing the nanny while she was holding his child.
The custody battle between Halle Berry and baby-daddy Gabriel Aubry is not working out the way she had hoped. Berry had petitioned the court to dissolve the joint custody agreement with her ex-boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry, and make her the sole custodian of their three-year-old daughter Nahla. The request was made after a nanny for Nahla accused Aubry of pushing her while the child was in her arms. In response, Aubry asked the judge to issue a restraining order against the nanny, claiming she is making up these accusations in order to aid Berry in their custody dispute.
Well, the the Los Angeles Department of Children & Family Services isn’t dissolving rights just yet. But they are recommending that Nahla seek professional counseling, and that her parents engage in parenting classes together.
I think I may be blinded by the pretty factor Gabriel Aubry exudes even when he wears knitted hats. So, lets muse the latest crazy that is coming from Halle Berry’s Smear Campaign. She and Gabe were having a battle for their BB, Nahla. Things cooled down and the hallowed out volcano Halle was hiding in was quiet. Enter the nanny.
This week’s tabloids can’t get enough of Jennifer Lopez’s apparent breakup drama with Marc Anthony. “Us Weekly” says Marc is “seething with jealousy” now that J.Lo has reclaimed her single status by, among other things, “bonding” with her “What to Expect When You’re Expecting” co-star Rodrigo Santoro.
One of those pesky source types that will sell out their celeb pals for a bag of Funyuns and a coupon for a free blizzard at Dairy Queen is weaving a tale of Halle Berry’s bitchery.
The Team Hot Male Model source says that Halle Berry screams at Gabriel Aubry and tries to control his life. He showed up to a Lakers game with Kim Kardashian and Halle reportedly lost her shiz on him. After a string of other public dates including one with a model in her early 20’s the Oscar winning actress called him to unload her wrath.

“Halle was absolutely furious and had a complete melt-down. She basically gave him an ultimatum — to choose between dating other women and carrying on being on her good side. She was particularly angry that he had been so public, even going to a Lakers game one time, and she totally berated him, basically telling him that if he has to date, just date a nobody waitress that nobody will care about.”
The source says that Halle is in constant contact with Gabriel for matters that don’t even involve their daughter, Nahla.
“Basically whenever Gabriel doesn’t do exactly what Halle tells him to do, or if he does something she doesn’t approve of or like, she goes crazy on him, screaming and shouting. Contrary to public perception Halle has a particularly nasty temper, and she can be really controlling and vindictive. I’ve been with him when he’s gotten these insane calls from Halle — with her screaming at him and going crazy, when the poor guy hasn’t done anything!”
Aubrey filed for joint custody of Nahla on December 30th to ensure that no matter what Halle does, he will at least have visitation rights to their daughter. The source insists the petition has no intent to be vindictive to Berry or try and take Nahla away, but simply protect his relationship with her.
Halle has been swinging from Olivier Martinez since last summer and the source claims that Halle defender her high profile relationship by describing it as “just business.” (Click HERE for photos of Halle and Olivier…) To keep tabs on Gabriel she allegedly hired a Private Investigator to tail him.
“Gabriel told me that he believes Halle is having him tailed by a private investigator, and trust me, he’s not just some paranoid dude with a wild imagination. He said he’s noticed a car following him a few times now and that he’s just got this weird feeling that he can’t shake of being watched.”
The story paints Gabriel as a Saint to the point of that it makes me wonder if this source wasn’t someone named Shabriel Shmaubry.

Jay Leno is back with a new season and has already started if off big, pulling some of the biggest names in entertainment this week alone, to include Kanye West (that “Jackass”…the President’s word not mine), Miley Cyrus (wasn’t it past her bedtime?) and now Halle Berry.
Halle Berry, who is named one of the most beautiful women in the world and has been gawked at for her amazing body, reportedly told audience members and show watchers…personally, I have better things to do like sleep- that she has formed a body complex, why you might ask…because of the rumor going around that she is pregnant with her second child. If Halle Berry has a complex about her body then I just loss some self-esteem points. Last week reports came out saying that Halle Berry was pregnant with her and her boy toy’s, Gabriel Aubry, second child.
Ms. Berry stopped by Jay Leno’s late night talk show to set the record straight and tell the world that she is indeed NOT pregnant by wearing a tight fitting dress and looking very good in it might I add.
“I was like, ‘I gotta stop with the burgers, or something!”
If she can eat burgers and whatever she pleases and still have that body, then I am doing something terribly wrong….

After months of speculation, Halle Berry is reportedly pregnant with her second child with boyfriend Gabriel Aubry. According to sources at Life & Style magazine, Halle is three months along and she’s overjoyed by the news.
Per Life & Style:
“She’s just ecstatic to be pregnant again,” the insider tells Life & Style. “She wasn’t sure if she’d have another baby, so she’s very happy!”
Berry had difficulty conceiving her first child in 2007, having to go through roughly 30 negative pregnancy tests before her daughter Nahla was born. Her first pregnancy was conceived through in vitro fertilization. This time, the baby is rumored to have been conceived through artificial insemination. Berry’s publicist has yet to comment on this, but Halle has been seen sporting what appears to be a small baby bump in recent weeks, adding to the pregnancy speculation. Congratulations – you can bet this will be another adorable Hollywood celebrity baby!
