Because we are shameless gossip mongers, we’d love this daily Lindsay Lohan Did Something Unsurprisingly Stupid Shiz update to be juicier than it is.
Lindsay was behind the wheel of her Porsche (well, there’s your problem) and hit the manager of a Hookah Lounge while trying to pull a U-turn. She was leaving the Sayers Club in L.A. shortly after midnight, because she hates going out and partying now, when paparazzi scared her and somehow caused her to hit a pedestrian.
Naomi Campbell is a veteran at assault. The glamazon has been involved in numerous charges of attacking everyone from assistants to photographers and police. One case in involved a cell phone.
New reports state that Naomi once again hit a photog and cut his eyes. Best part is, she didn’t even need straight razors coated in Vaseline. (I heard it works wonders from a ho I used to pretend I liked in exchange for not being cut.) Campbell used her nails and handbag to put the paparazzo in the hospital according to the Daily Mail.
“Gaetano Di Giovanni claimed his face was scratched and bruised after Miss Campbell, 38, allegedly slapped him and hit him with her handbag. The supermodel’s ‘nails had damaged his left eye’, Mr Di Giovanni was reported telling Italian newspaper La Repubblica.”
The model is on vacation with her boyfriend in Italy when Giovanni got too close. Her rep insists that nothing happened and the entire story is completely untrue. The rep also stated that Gaetano was seen following her in a small boat the next day. He also made no reports to the police.
Good ol’ Naomi. That’s I Moan spelled backward. Just sayin’.
Celebrity blogger Perez Hilton was allegedly assaulted last night by The Black Eyed Peas’ Wil.i.am. Turns out the singer gave Hilton the ‘Boom Boom Pow.’
Hilton took to his Twitter account early this morning to report the crime.
“I’m in shock. I need the police ASAP. Please come to the SoHo Metropolitan Hotel now. Please.”
“I was assaulted by Will.I.Am of the Black Eyed Peas and his security guards. I am bleeding. Please, I need to file a police report. No joke.”
“Still waiting for the police. The bleeding has stopped. I need to document this. Please, can the police come to the SoHo Met Hotel.”
“I spoke to my lawyer. I really need to talk to the authorities. Please come to the SoHo Met Hotel. Have called the police. Need them here.”
“The Toronto police are here now. Thank you. Please stop calling them.”
“Thank u all from the bottom of my heart for ur concern. The police are investigating the assault now. I did the right thing by reporting it.”
“I won’t be talking about this any further. It is in the hands of the authorities.”
One is left wondering why Perez didn’t use that iPhone of his to simply call the police himself as opposed to Twittering his business.
Will.i.am is claiming he knows nothing of the crime and created his own Twitter account and posted a video stating his view of the events from early this morning.

Sparklepants down!

Reports say Robert was somewhere near the famous Strand Bookstore on Broadway and 12th Street when a crowd of screaming teenage girls came running after him. His 5 bodyguards tried to fend them off, but apparently was no match for the fans. It was pouring rain as his security guards tried to rush him safely back to his trailer. As they tried rushing him across the street, he was grazed in the hip by an oncoming taxi. The driver slammed on the brakes and Robert stood there for a moment looking a bit stunned. The bodyguard next to him checked him to make sure he was alright before turning to yell at the fans.

A spokesman for Pattinson let the fans know yesterday afternoon that he is indeed okay. Now I’m about to go all mom-like on you obsessive fans and give you a lecture: Shame on you! If you crazy psycho fans don’t respect Rob, you could wind up pushing him over the edge. He may be forced to stop all acting and go into hiding, which we all know would be a terrible waste! It’s unbelievable that people are can be so disrespectful. End the madness already – you’ve almost ended up killing him once!

Movie star hunk Gerard Butler has been charged with misdemeanor criminal battery over an incident involving a paparazzi-photographer last year. If convicted, he could be sentenced up to 6 months in jail. The incident occurred the night of October 7th, 2008 after a premiere party for “RockNRolla.” Allegedly, the photographer was trailing Gerard’s limo for hours, verbally harassing Butler whenever he got in and out of the limo, and even was chasing people through the streets.
Gerard’s manager Alan Siegel said the actor was forced to have his driver stop the car he was riding in after the particular photographer repeatedly sped through red lights and almost struck two pedestrians. Butler was said to have then punched him several times, bloodying the photographer’s lip. Police filed a report against the “300” actor over the scuffle. The Los Angeles City Attorney has already filed legal charge against him on Wednesday, May 13th, and Gerard is due in court for an arraignment on June 10th. His attorney, Blair Berk, has said that Butler is not required to, and won’t, appear in court on the matter.
I don’t blame him for punching someone who was following him! It would have been cool if he yelled “This… is… Sparta!” right before knocking the pap in the mouth!!

Rumors are continuing to run amok of the incident that led to Chris Brown’s arrest and mysteriously emergency rumor stop for his girlfriend, Rihanna.
Above is a video of RiRi’s car at Cedars Sinai Hospital’s emergency wing. Police responded to a 911 call in which an “unnamed woman” reported that Chris Brown had assaulted her. Oddly enough Rihanna canceled her appearance at the Grammy Awards and reports that she is currently sporting bruises and injuries have surfaced, along with the logical assumption Brown hit her.
Sources have now come forward after Chris’ official arrest. Attorney Mark Geragos drove him to the police. Where he turned himself in. (You might remember Geragos from the Laci Peterson case. He was the douche bag attorney for Scott Peterson.)
It was around 12:30 AM on Sunday morning. The sources said that after a Pre-Grammy party the got into an argument and he got physical and hit Rihanna. More than once.

“She got out of the car to walk home. He got out to stop her,” said a source. “Things got physical. He hit her, possibly more than once. She had multiple bruises.”
“They were arguing. Apparently, Rihanna accused him of checking out other women at Clive Davis’ party,” said the industry insider.
“It seems she’s taking the steps you’d need to take if you were going to press charges,” added the source. “But she could wake up tomorrow morning and decide she still loves him.”
The LAPD Confirmed:
“Brown and the woman were inside of a vehicle,” said LAPD spokeswoman April Harding. “According to the victim they became involved in an argument. … The argument escalated into an altercation.”
He has already made bail and been released. Reps for the “Disturbia” singer merely stated that she is “fine, thanks.”
UPDATE: TMZ has confirmed it was Rihanna. Chris Brown was arrested for assault against his girlfriend.
Law enforcement sources tell us the crime report calls the incident assault with a deadly weapon — we do not yet know the nature of the weapon.
The crime report gives the victim’s name as Robyn Fenty — that’s Rihanna’s real name.
The rumor mill is also convinced that Brown beat the tar out of Rihanna because she gave him herpes. The singer was spotted with a recent outbreak and sores on her lip shortly after the New Year. (See that Rihanna Herpes Photo and Story HERE.) I doubt this, but I think it is more likely due to her jealous ways.
