Good luck talking your way out of this one Mel. Photos of Mel Gibson hugging, kissing and frolicking on a beach in Costa Rica with a bikini clad girl have surfaced.

Radar came across the damning evidence of Mel vacationing with a young beauty. Mel’s wife, Robyn, seemed to be M.I.A. Her husband was entertaining his rumored mistress, Oksana. She is Russian musician who he has been seen with before. According to the site she was constantly on set with Gibson while he was working on “Edge of Darkness.” Oksana spent ample time in his private trailer and 3 consecutive days lurking around the set.

Witnesses spotted the pair enjoying the waves near sunset at Mel’s vacation digs. This is the same place he and Britney Spears went to “relax.”

“It was near sunset. The two of them were playing in the surf, ducking into waves,” said an eyewitness. Then Mel sort of took hold of her and she came willingly into his arms. They put their arms around each other and kissed pretty passionately for about four or five seconds.”

I am sure it was all very innocent. Maybe she fell and he was just kissing her ouchie. Or he was offering to give her a mustache ride. You be the judge.
