Jaime Pressly Files For Divorce‎

Add another one to the list. Jaime Pressly has filed for divorce from her husband of 15-months, entertainment lawyer Simran Singh, confirming rumors that the pair were headed for splitsville. Divorce papers were filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on January 21st, citing irreconcilable differences.

Per People:

Pressly, who filed the papers as Jaime Pressly-Singh, cited Dec. 27 as the date of separation. They had no children together. Pressly has a 3-year-old son, Dezi, from a previous relationship.

Pressly is also wrapped up in other legal debacles — on Monday she was accused of owing more than $637,000 in US state and federal taxes, which was less than two weeks before Pressly was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving on January 5th where her blood-alcohol level was reportedly nearly three times the legal limit.

Marriage just seems to be so disposable these days…

Jaime Pressly DUI Trouble – Nearly Three Times Over Legal Limit

I don’t understand celebrities. You go out on a crazy night of binge drinking, you drive your car, and you get busted for a DUI… Celebrities have no excuse – They have lots of money and they can clearly afford to have a car service drive their drunk butts home. Well Jaime Pressly is the latest celebrity to join the celebrity DUI club. And it looks like she’s going to be in some serious trouble. Jaime was pulled over and arrested in Santa Monica on January 5th and clearly she didn’t just have one or two drinks.

Per TMZ:

Law enforcement sources tell us … Jaime blew the .22 in the field. That’s nearly 3 times the legal limit of .08.

Jaime spent the night in jail and had to pay $15k bail. Clearly, she’s going to have a heck of a time getting out of this one. Nearly three times the legal limit? She’s lucky she didn’t kill herself or God forbid someone else. God luck, sister. You’re going to need it!

Jaime Pressly Arrested for DUI and Mug Shot-SEE IT HERE

TMZ reported early this morning that ‘My Name Is Earl’ star Jaime Pressly had been arrested during the wee hours of the morning under suspicion of DUI.

And now they managed to get a copy of Pressly’s mug shot. Hot!

“Jaime was arrested late last night after a traffic stop in Santa Monica and taken to jail. She was released on $15,000 bail.”

Jaime Pressly and Justin Guarini Marry This Weekend (Not To Each Other)

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom aren’t the only ones to sign away their life as they know it this past weekend! “My Name is Earl” actress Jaime Pressly married entertainment lawyer boyfriend Simran Singh this past Saturday. The couple exchanged their wedding vows around 6pm in front of family and friends at the estate of Dick Clark in Malibu on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. This was the same spot as Adam Sandlers 2003 wedding. Pressly wore a dress by British designer Jenny Packham.

Justin Guarini’s wedding was another celebrity marriage that took place over weekend. The season 1 runner up on “American Idol” and “The Simpsons” Side Show Bob look alike married fiancee Reina Capodici in a private wedding on Saturday evening in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, at an estate that overlooks the Delaware river. The couple wrote their own vows and shared their words amongst their 50 guests, which included family and friends.

Per People:

“Justin is one of the most deserving people of happiness and love,” Kimberly Caldwell, Guarini’s co-host on the TV Guide Network’s Idol Tonight, tells PEOPLE. “I know he will be an amazing hubby.”

The couple became engaged back in December in Orlando while Guarini was at Disney’s EPCOT Center filming for the American Idol Experience ride at the theme park. Congratulations to both happy couples!

Jaime Pressly Drunk and Peeing In Public – Photo and Video

Note to Jaime Pressly: Just because you play white trash on tv, doesn’t mean you should carry that over to real life! Multiple sources are claiming that Pressly got so drunk at the West Hollywood bar called “The Abbey” on Sunday that she ended up squatting down outside the bar and peeing all over the sidewalk. And to make this matter even worse, she did it during daylight! Wait, really? You’ve never seen or heard of a girl squatting to pee outside, when drunk? Never? Oh. Uh, well, me neither. Never. And I would never, myself. Never. Moving along…

There’s video to go along with this claim circulating around where a bunch of people are clearly shocked by what they are seeing. The video does look as if she is peeing all over, but Jaime took to her personal Twitter page to say it was nothing more than a dare for her bachelorette party, and that she was actually pouring water out of a bottle from behind her back to make it look like she was peeing.

Hearing the horrified squealing and gasps in the background of the video, it sure doesn’t sound like just a dare to me. According to fellow gossiper Perez Hilton, multiple sources very close to Jaime have dispelled her claims, even confirming that she is a very heavy drinker and this does not surprise them one bit. Just a dare?

Hey when a girls gotta go, a girls gotta go! But maybe you should keep in mind that bathrooms are a standard requirement in all public establishments. Lets hope this was a dare!
