If you’re ever in Paris Hilton’s neighborhood…keep on driving.

TMZ obtained information that a man by the name of James Rainford was arrested early this morning for knocking on the front door of Paris Hilton’s home.

Rainford apparently snuck past a guard gate and knocked on the hotel heiress’s front door.

“The security officers were able to physically restrain the man until LAPD officers arrived on scene and took him into custody. The suspect was transported to a nearby police station for questioning.”

Naturally, Rainford put up a fight with officers and is now being held on $20,000 bond and has been booked on battery charges.
