Jason Trawick Legally Controls Britney Spears Now

This is going to end well. I can just feel it.

I shouldn’t judge. Jason seems to have a firm grasp of his shiz, but something about this just seems…odd. Jason Trawick now shares legal control of Britney Spears. After going head shavin’ crazy, a Judge gave Jamie Spears control over his daughter. Now, Jason and Brit are engaged and the manager/fiancé received a Judge’s stamp of approval to be co-conservator. He won’t have any say in her finances, but he gets to pick out what kind of toy she gets her Happy Meal.

Britney Spears’ Conservatorship to End Before Wedding In February

Only the Spears family are dysfunctional enough for this to count as a wedding present. Four years after Britney Spears spiraled out of control, her father is happy with her progress and wants to end his control over her finances and life this year, as a present for her upcoming wedding to Jason Trawick. Jamie has been conservator of her affairs since Britney had a very public meltdown, and during that period he has had that conservatorship extended a couple of time by the courts.

Star magazine is weaving a tale that Britney Spears is being beaten by boyfriend and former manager, Jason Trawick.

Jason Alexander (Britney’s first husband for 55 hours, not George Costanza) told the mag that Britney still talks with him and they have maintained a friendship. They text, email and call each other on a regular basis according to Jason. He further claims that Britney told him Jason hit her…

“”Britney is in an abusive relationship. She told me her life had turned into a nightmare. He hit her so hard it gave her a black eye,” Alexander says. And the abuse wasn’t a solitary incident.”

His story gets meatier as he talks about a Spears’ pregnancy that allegedly ended in a abortion. So at this point you are giving the side-eye and wanting to see the check that Star scribbled out for this story, right? If not, his closing statement will send your eyes rolling like a dollar bill in Lindsay Lohan’s hands.

“Alexander says he’s telling this story because he’s “really concerned” for Britney who he feels is “telling me these secrets as a way of getting out of this.”

I didn’t realize tabloids doubled as domestic abuse hot lines. How would going to a tabloid help her? Does he think Jason’s uncontrollable rage would suddenly evaporate with seeing this shiz in headlines. Plus, Papa Jamie Spears would be the idea candidate to confide in. You know he’d chase Jason out of the house in his Crocs while waving whisk dripping with grits in the air with fury. HOWEVER…

Radar claims to have audio from the conversation Jason and “Britney” had. It sounds nothing like her, but in the audio stars with:

Alexander: “I thought he proposed to you or something at the beach.”

Britney: “Before or after he beat on me?”

That conversation was said to have taken place on October 10th after Britney accused him of cheating…

“Britney had always wondered about Jason’s relationship with this girl because she’d seen pictures of her at Jason’s house … in his bathroom,” Alexander explains. “She finally accused Jason of having sex with this girl, and it sent him into a rage. He went crazy and started hitting her!”

Then on November 14th, Alexander claims that Britney called him again to talk about taking him back but planning to dump him again…

“She said she was back with Jason and that he had beaten her yet again,” Alexander tells.”She said she couldn’t take it anymore and that she was dumping him once and for all.”

The audio sounds nothing like her. I am not buying it.

UPDATE: Spears’ camp will soon be issuing a legal notice. The story Jason sold to us is as fake as the audio that went with it according to her reps.

Britney Spears’ Conservatorship Coming To An End

Britney Spears is reportedly stable enough to take charge of her own affairs, and a judge is likely to end her father Jamie’s conservatorship by the end of the year, according to Radar Online. Spears, who has faced troubled times in the past, seems to have improved her well being and is ready to be on her own again.

“Britney has made tremendous progress in the past three to four months. She seems to be firmly in control again,” the source said.

Spears’ conservatorship began in February of 2008. The conservatorship was the result of her numerous public breakdowns and hospitalizations. During that time Britney even lost custody of her two sons Sean Preston and Jayden James, to their father Kevin Federline. After impressing Judge Reva Goetz during a meeting in chambers last Thursday, Spears will likely gain her legal independence back soon. Spears and lawyer Sam Imgham met with Goetz for approximately 35 minutes. Supposedly, the judge also spoke with Britney’s father as well as her therapist.

“Judge Goetz needed to meet with Britney and talk to her face-to-face, to see how she was doing,” said the source. “It’s one thing to read medical reports about her, but the in-person meeting was very important.”

In the end it will be Judge Goetz’s decision to give Spears back full control over her fiances. The next hearing on the matter is scheduled for October 14th.

Michael Lohan Seeking Conservatorship For Lindsay

In what could be dubbed as ‘the crazy taking care of the crazier,’ Michael Lohan is seeking some sort of control over his troubled daughter Lindsay, intending to petition for a conservatorship order giving someone else control over her personal and professional affairs. Michael reportedly has been impressed by the way Britney Spears’ father Jamie has helped his daughter turn her life around and he thinks he can do the same for Lindsay, too.

Per TMZ:

Michael met with attorney David Chon (left) today and will hire him to file conservatorship papers … Chon specializes in trusts and estates.

We’re told Michael has enough sense to know the judge isn’t going to make him the conservator, so he has two other people in mind … though he’s not saying who.

Michael has recently accused ex wife Dina Lohan and Lindsay’s business manager, Lou Taylor as scheming to file for conservatorship themselves to take over Lindsay’s affairs, claiming “they’re in it for themselves.” That’s probably pretty accurate. It takes one to know one.

He’s a douche, but he’s right. Dina is an enabler and she’s mooched off Lilo far too long. I’m not really sure Lindsay is capable of running her own life, but I think her parents have proven to be a big part of the problem.

Britney Spears Conservatorship to End, Sam Lutfi Waiting for Her

Britney Spears was due in court yesterday for a progress report relating to the conservatorship case, in place since 2008 after she suffered a breakdown, which gives her father Jamie along with attorney Andrew Wallet control of her legal and business affairs. Spears was scheduled to meet with Commissioner Reva Goetz, but the hearing was postponed to give both parties more time to prepare, according to TMZ.

Britney hasn’t been associated with too much public drama or antics lately, so Jamie reportedly feels there is no need to continue the conservatorship which could end by the middle of this year, though no firm date has been scheduled. Spears shocked the world with her antics – shaving her head, attacking a car with an umbrella, and entering a bitter custody battle over her two kids with ex-husband Kevin Federline. In early 2008, the star entered a psychiatric ward in Los Angeles for two days after she refused to return her sons to their father, sparking the conservatorship.

One thing does have the Spears family a little nervous, however. Spears’s ex-manager Sam Lutfi has reportedly claimed that she is still in regular contact with him, despite a three year restraining order against Lutfi in 2009.

Per Digital Spy:

Lutfi reportedly said: “Britney reached out to me a few weeks ago. She makes contact with me quite frequently. She pleads with me to help her and end the control her dad has over her life. She keeps asking me, ‘When is this going to end?’. If she’s out in public, she will use somebody’s phone – sometimes the bodyguard’s – to call me. She will go to the bathroom and lock herself in and make a call. She is miserable right now. This is an ongoing crazy drama. She is not insane. She is lost. You have to understand, her parents have been in control of her life since she was a teenager. All she wants to do is free herself, to get away from [manager] Larry [Rudolph], her mom and her dad.”

And despite having a front row seat to Britney’s well publicized breakdown, Lutfi – who acted as her manager – says there is nothing wrong with her and insists she was just expressing herself, hoping she’ll get the chance to do it again soon. He went as far as saying that the head-shaving incident was “cool”, though he “doesn’t know what she was thinking at the time.”

Why is this human leech resurfacing? This was the man found responsible for doping Britney out of her mind. Britney probably would have been on the stroll by now looking for Johns if she had remained a little bit longer with Lutfi. There’s a reason why ‘Sam Lutfi’ is an anagram for ‘Must Fail.’

Britney Spears to Marry Jason Trawick

If mama Spears has her way, her daughter is gearing toward another trip down the aisle! It’s far from being a secret that Britney Spears has had a rocky past in the romance department, but she just may have finally found the one… at least according to what her mother thinks. Its been said that papa Jamie Spears approves of boyfriend Jason Trawick, but now reports are saying that Lynne Spears is such a huge fan of him that she hopes the couple can make their love go the distance.

Per Us:

“Lynne said, ‘He’s the kind of man you would dream of your daughter marrying. The kids love him, and he’s stable,’” a friend tells Us Weekly.

Given Britneys last choice in husbands, I’m sure they approve of anybody who isn’t stuffing their cheetos-loving face with one hand while juggling a beer and chain smoking with the other. One thing that apparently impressed mama Spears was when Jason stood by her daughter during her crazy unstable times when she was involuntarily committed twice to a psychiatric hospital in 2008 and losing custody of her two sons the year before.

“Most everyone else abandoned her, but Jason refused to be completely cut out of Britney’s life,” says a source. “He’s very protective of her. She has been honest with Jason about what she’s been through in a way that I don’t think she’s been with other people, and he always preferred to not sugarcoat the harsh reality of what happened to her,” the source adds. “He tells her when she should take responsibility for her own actions.”

Sounds to me he’s more of a babysitter or a paid handler to her than husband material. But maybe thats what Britney needs to keep her sane. Great – if her mom knows whats best for Britney than the world is perfect as always for little Miss Spears, ya know – cause she did such a great job in raising her. *Thumbs up with awkward laugh*

Britney Spears Still In Love With Ex Adnan Ghalib

Maybe Papa Spears should think twice before loosening Britney’s freedom strings anytime soon. Sources are claiming that Britney Spears is still allegedly “in love” with her paparazzi pal turned boyfriend Adnan Ghalib, and that if it weren’t for that restraining order her dad put into effect against him, she would still be with him.

Per Fox News:

“It is really breaking Britney’s heart,” the source told Pop Tarts. “She is still totally in love with Adnan and she can’t even speak too him, it’s making her really depressed.”

In July this year Jamie Spears requested to have a restraining order against Ghalib. That request was approved by the court, and he has been prohibited from going within 100 yards of Britney and banned from all forms of communication with her ever since. Ghalib tried his best to keep from being served, allegedly attempting to run over a court official who was trying to serve the restraining order on him. He has since been charged with assault, hit-and-run, and battery due to that incidence. But what about her relationship and rumored engagement to manager Jason Trawick? The source goes on to say that the relationship has been completely orchestrated and maintained by Papa Spears as a cover, and Britney really isn’t feeling it.

Per Fox News:

“Jamie (Spears) is really, really pushing the relationship with Jason, he thinks he’s a really good influence on Britney,” added our source. “And the last thing he wants is Britney going back to Adnan. She would if she could.”

Britney’s long-standing conservatorship under her father Jamie may come to an end in November, leaving her free to do whatever and whomever she chooses. Ooohh bad decision! Reuniting with K-Fed would be a better one, and that’s not saying much! Lets hope she realizes she’s heading in the right direction and doesn’t make any backwards moves.

Britney Spears Plots to End Fathers Control, Returns to Lutfi ?!?

Britney Spears is a sneaky lil’ thing!! Together with Sam Lutfi’s little sister Christina, the pair hatched a plan to override her fathers control over her by getting a cell phone to Britney so she can contact Sam behind her fathers back! Christina testified in a Los Angeles court on Wednesday about the incident, claiming Britney had initially called Sam’s cell phone number in mid-January to speak with Christina.

Per People:

“[Britney] told me she wanted to get a hold of Sam,” said Christina, 25, whose brother had once been Spears’s manager. “She wanted him to help her find a lawyer, and wanted someone to get a prepaid cell phone to her. She was scared because her father was blackmailing her with visitation rights over her kids… She asked me, ‘Will Sam be able to help me?’” Christina added.

Spears told Christina to meet her at the gym on the 5th floor at the Peninsula Hotel on January 16th. When Christina arrived, she saw Spears working out with her mother and a bodyguard. They later met up in the sauna at the hotel, and thats where the exchanging of the cell phone took place, with Christina telling Britney the phone was from Sam and ex boyfriend Adnan Ghalib. Britney’s security team later discovered and confiscated the phone from her purse.

Blair Burke, a lawyer for Britneys’ father Jamie, testified on Wednesday that Britney was in such fear of Sam that she asked if she could have him arrested to keep him away from her. An alleged recording of the singer is making its rounds on the internet, in which she asks for a lawyer’s help in ending her father’s legal control. Burke claims that Britney repeatedly denies that she was seeking outside legal help, and expressed doubt in the recording’s authenticity.

Jamie Spears and a lawyer were granted indefinite legal control over Britney following her two forced hospitalizations in early 2008. The ongoing hearing is to determine whether to extend a restraining order against Lutfi. Jamie Spears alleges Lutfi is harassing his daughter and is conspiring to disrupt his legal control over her life. Bryan Freedman, the attorney for Lutfi, is denying that he has done any wrongdoing.

“Sam’s only crime was trying to help out a friend,” Freedman tells PEOPLE. “When someone asks for your help, that person is obviously not scared of you or in need of a restraining order.”

Closing arguments in the restraining order case won’t be heard until April 21. Lutfi is forbidden to have any contact with Britney until then. Hopefully after then, he still won’t be allowed back into her life! Hang tight Brit. Just like the kitten poster at my dentist.
