Joe Francis Called A “Rapist, Child Molester” By Book Publisher

… And that’s only the beginning! Legal documents were filed yesterday against “Girls Gone Wild” head honcho Joe Francis, and they do not paint him in a very favorable light. The docs were filed by 4th Street Media, which is publishing a tell-all book by former GGW employee Ryan Simkin. The papers were filed to stop Francis from blocking the sale of the book, entitled “FLASH! Bars, Boobs, and Busted: 5 Years on the Road with Girls Gone Wild.” The book is said to be very revealing, with stories of Francis and his friends engaging in drug use, among other controversial activities. But Simkin’s new legal docs may be as explosive as the book – because he uses the following words to describe his former boss.

Per TMZ:

“Convicted felon; child molester; jail-baiting pervert; pimp; sick bastard; sleaze-peddler; tax cheat; rapist; sleazehole; the epitome of a true misogynist, coked-out amoral direct marketer; violent thug; juvenile smut-peddler; sexual predator; one of the 50 most loathsome people in America; and the Douche of the Decade.”

Ouch. And that’s just the first paragraph. I wonder how he REALLY feels about him! This is a very difficult choice, but after hours of careful deliberation I have decided “Douche of the Decade” is my favorite. That was the most fun I’ve had reading legal documents in, well, ever.

This makes me wonder … Whose face is more punchable – Joe Francis or Spencer Pratt? Discuss.

Awe, love and junk!

‘Girls Gone Wild’ creator Joe Francis, has taken time from his multi-million dollar boob-enterprise to propose to his girlfriend, Los Angeles CBS Entertainment Reporter Christina McLarty.

Francis recently spent just under a year in jail on various charges and had over $100 million in assets taken by the IRS. During this time, McLarty (who has been with Francis on and off for four years) stuck with him.

The couple, however, does not plan on having a traditional ceremony.

“We have chosen to have a civil domestic partnership because we don’t believe it’s appropriate to be married until our gay and lesbian friends are afforded the same rights as us to legally marry in the United States.”

How Brangelina of them.

Never fear, the couple do plan on having their civil ceremony this September at Francis’s posh estate in Punta Mita, Mexico which, according to Francis, will be “full of surprises.” One major surprise? Quincy Jones, Francis’s Bel Air neighbor, will serve as Best Man.

Khloe Kardashian Wedding Hoax

So the Kardashian sisters in a failed (not to mention lame) attempt to pull the ol’ switch-a-roo on the media has been uncovered. It is reported that Kourntey Kardashian, not Khloe Kardashian, is the one to be wed on Sunday. I am not sure why they would go through so much trouble- allegedly they are even going as far as Lamar Odom throwing a bachelor party…completed with Joe Francis, “Girls Gone Wild” and midget strippers; just when you thought this wedding could not get any worse.

“Not everyone in Hollywood believes it, in spite of their over-the-top displays of affection, which FOX411 spies say are awkward at best.

According to our spies, Khloe was not wearing an engagement ring (although she did show off a pair of diamond earrings from Odom) and the two refused to give any interviews, even about non-wedding related material.”

“What are the two waiting for?” on insider wondered. “If they are so in love, why not share?” Singer Mya was overheard telling a pal that she is sure the engagement is “fake” and is nothing more than “publicity stunt” so Khloe can get some attention, since her two sisters seem to be taking it all.

The rumors are that the “reason for this treason” is because of the public’s (i.e. their made up fans) dislike for Scott and if everyone knew that they were the couple who were actually tying the knot, well it would not be such a show, meaning not many people would want to cover it. Of course they are an attention grabbing family, so this would also be a great way to bring more cameras to the wedding and imagine the surprise (and the buzz) surrounding the marriage when it turns out to be Kourtney instead of Khloe.

This family has no morals and if turns out to really be Khloe and Lamar who tie the knot, then by his bachelor’s party it seems he will fit in rather nicely with this attention grabbing clan.

Joe Francis Assaults Brody Jenners’ Girlfriend

Apparently Joe Francis has not been keeping up with the whole Chris Brown fiasco, because now he’s the latest celebrity in trouble for allegedly assaulting a female. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is looking for Francis, founder of the controversial Girls Gone Wild franchise, to question him about assaulting Brody Jenners‘ girlfriend, Playboys 2008 Playmate of the Year Jayde Nicole. Francis was reportedly harrassing an ex-girlfriend of his when Jayde decided to go over and come to her rescue from his unwanted advances. Nicole confronted Francis, began arguing, and eventually tossed a drink on the creep. Francis attacked Nicole by pulling her hair, punching her in the face and throwing her to the ground, then proceeded to hit a female friend of hers who was trying to defend her. Security was called in to try and break it up as Jenner was trying to get his hands on Francis, with both ending up being ejected from the club. Jenner met back up with Francis outside of the club, punching Francis in the face before an unidentified individual zapped him with a taser gun. Francis, who was shirtless at that point, then quickly left and the police were called.

Per Brody Jenner’s Twitter:

“Joe Francis beat up my lady this morning for no reason! Pulled her to the ground, punched & kicked her..what does that say about him. How can you call yourself a man when you beat up a girl?? Joe Francis is a piece of sh*t. Joe Francis needs to be in jail!!!”

Jaydes reported injuries are a black and blue cheek, a swollen face, a bruised left rib and her lower abdomen is sore. Some of her hair was also pulled out. A police report has been filed and she said she would press charges against Francis. Good for her. Maybe Francis can spend some more quality time with the jail cell he so obviously misses.
