As expected, Lindsay Lohan’s attorney, Shawn Holley, entered a no-contest plea today to a misdemeanor grand theft charge. Holley entered the plea on behalf of Lohan, who did not appear in court.

I’m sure Miss ‘Higher than the law’ Lohan didn’t see this coming! Late yesterday afternoon Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 4 months in jail!
