Hollywood's Grand Dame of Gossip and Style
Katie Couric stepped down from her “CBS Evening News” desk several weeks ago, and now she’s moving over to ABC for a daytime talk show in what was one of Hollywood’s worst kept secrets. It’ll be an hour-long syndicated talk show beginning this fall that is hosted by Couric herself.
The latest in Katie Couric buzz: She’ll soon cut a deal with ABC. TMZ reports that CBS is out, having pulled its offer for a daytime syndicated show. Hopes she may have for staying at that network are fading fast as negotiations to launch a daytime show there are said to have broken down.
