Perry and her boobs of wonder also did a skit poking fun at Elmo and the DD-cup debacle that had parents asking for her boobie showcasing performance be banned from ever airing on tv. She also dared to perform live on the show. Saturday Night Live isn’t without musical mishaps. See Kanye West, Ashlee Simpson and other guests banned from SNL by clicking HERE. So naturally when her vocals were a bit shaky at moments during ‘California Gurls’ some critics dubbed her performance “terrible” and some took to Twitter to mention that auto-tune is her best friend.
