Britney Spears Facing Questions Over Child Abuse Claims

The girl just can’t catch a break! Britney Spears is reportedly going to be questioned by social workers over claims that she abused her two boys, Sean Preston and Jayden James. Former bodyguard Fernando Flores said she is an unfit mother, claiming she beat one of the boys with a belt and gave them each foods they have allergies to.

Per The Sun:

A source said: “Britney doesn’t mean to be a bad mum. But Flores feels she has so many issues she can’t be trusted around her boys.

“He claims the first really shocking incident was when she came marching into the pool house at her mansion and demanded his belt.

“He handed it over but then followed her into the main house and claims he witnessed the alleged incident.”

The alleged incidents took place in late March or early April. Britney has strongly denied the claims and insisted that she has never mistreated her children. Child protection agency workers have reportedly tried to talk to her about the allegations but Britney was away in Los Angeles. Apparently, Flores fears her behavior could scar her children for life – who split their time between Britney’s home and dad Kevin Federline’s home.

Flores recently quit his job working with Britney after he claims she constantly walked round naked and sexually harassed him (read about that here.) He is said to be considering a sexual harassment lawsuit against her. Britney may not be the world’s best mother but I highly doubt any claims of child abuse would be found to be true. Answer me this; if these claims were true, why would Flores first bring people’s attention to the “alleged” sexual harassment before the child abuse allegations? I’m betting we’re dealing with nothing more than a former disgruntled employee who is looking for a quick payday in return for his so-called ‘silence.’

Britney Spears Conservatorship to End, Sam Lutfi Waiting for Her

Britney Spears was due in court yesterday for a progress report relating to the conservatorship case, in place since 2008 after she suffered a breakdown, which gives her father Jamie along with attorney Andrew Wallet control of her legal and business affairs. Spears was scheduled to meet with Commissioner Reva Goetz, but the hearing was postponed to give both parties more time to prepare, according to TMZ.

Britney hasn’t been associated with too much public drama or antics lately, so Jamie reportedly feels there is no need to continue the conservatorship which could end by the middle of this year, though no firm date has been scheduled. Spears shocked the world with her antics – shaving her head, attacking a car with an umbrella, and entering a bitter custody battle over her two kids with ex-husband Kevin Federline. In early 2008, the star entered a psychiatric ward in Los Angeles for two days after she refused to return her sons to their father, sparking the conservatorship.

One thing does have the Spears family a little nervous, however. Spears’s ex-manager Sam Lutfi has reportedly claimed that she is still in regular contact with him, despite a three year restraining order against Lutfi in 2009.

Per Digital Spy:

Lutfi reportedly said: “Britney reached out to me a few weeks ago. She makes contact with me quite frequently. She pleads with me to help her and end the control her dad has over her life. She keeps asking me, ‘When is this going to end?’. If she’s out in public, she will use somebody’s phone – sometimes the bodyguard’s – to call me. She will go to the bathroom and lock herself in and make a call. She is miserable right now. This is an ongoing crazy drama. She is not insane. She is lost. You have to understand, her parents have been in control of her life since she was a teenager. All she wants to do is free herself, to get away from [manager] Larry [Rudolph], her mom and her dad.”

And despite having a front row seat to Britney’s well publicized breakdown, Lutfi – who acted as her manager – says there is nothing wrong with her and insists she was just expressing herself, hoping she’ll get the chance to do it again soon. He went as far as saying that the head-shaving incident was “cool”, though he “doesn’t know what she was thinking at the time.”

Why is this human leech resurfacing? This was the man found responsible for doping Britney out of her mind. Britney probably would have been on the stroll by now looking for Johns if she had remained a little bit longer with Lutfi. There’s a reason why ‘Sam Lutfi’ is an anagram for ‘Must Fail.’

Britney Spears Still In Love With Ex Adnan Ghalib

Maybe Papa Spears should think twice before loosening Britney’s freedom strings anytime soon. Sources are claiming that Britney Spears is still allegedly “in love” with her paparazzi pal turned boyfriend Adnan Ghalib, and that if it weren’t for that restraining order her dad put into effect against him, she would still be with him.

Per Fox News:

“It is really breaking Britney’s heart,” the source told Pop Tarts. “She is still totally in love with Adnan and she can’t even speak too him, it’s making her really depressed.”

In July this year Jamie Spears requested to have a restraining order against Ghalib. That request was approved by the court, and he has been prohibited from going within 100 yards of Britney and banned from all forms of communication with her ever since. Ghalib tried his best to keep from being served, allegedly attempting to run over a court official who was trying to serve the restraining order on him. He has since been charged with assault, hit-and-run, and battery due to that incidence. But what about her relationship and rumored engagement to manager Jason Trawick? The source goes on to say that the relationship has been completely orchestrated and maintained by Papa Spears as a cover, and Britney really isn’t feeling it.

Per Fox News:

“Jamie (Spears) is really, really pushing the relationship with Jason, he thinks he’s a really good influence on Britney,” added our source. “And the last thing he wants is Britney going back to Adnan. She would if she could.”

Britney’s long-standing conservatorship under her father Jamie may come to an end in November, leaving her free to do whatever and whomever she chooses. Ooohh bad decision! Reuniting with K-Fed would be a better one, and that’s not saying much! Lets hope she realizes she’s heading in the right direction and doesn’t make any backwards moves.

Britney Spears Safe…For Now

Sam Lutfi is a predator. At least according to Britney Spears’ father Jamie. Papa Spears testified for over 90 minutes yesterday about why he feels it is necessary to have long-term restraining orders granted against three people, one of which is Lutfi. Repeating an allegation that he’s made over the past year that Lutfi ground medication into his daughter’s food, Jamie Spears said he thought his daughter’s one-time friend and manager was a danger to the family. But he did little to establish direct contact between Lutfi and his Britney since a conservatorship was established a year ago. Acknowledging under questioning by Lutfi’s lawyer that he was not aware of any conversations between his daughter and Sam, the only evidence of communication between the two was a recent call Britney Spears made to Lutfi. A nanny supposedly heard the pop starlet talking to Sam and ex boyfriend Adnan Ghilab, one of the other people Papa Spears is rallying to get a permanent restraining order against.

Per The Huffington Post:

“[The hearing] Couldn’t of gone better.” said Bryan Freedman, attorney for Sam Lutfi. He also said that Jamie Spears’ testimony did not demonstrate why a restraining order is necessary.

The hearing will continue on Wednesday morning and a judge will determine then if the restraining order will get extended indefinitely. If Sam did have any contact with Britney, he would have violated a court order to stay away from her.

Per E! via DListed:

“Daddy testified the nanny overheard Brit Brit talking to Adnan and Sam really early in the morning on a cell phone. When Brit went to dance practice, her security team found the phone which was a prepaid Nokia. Brit admitted she got it when she was at the Peninsula Hotel one day.”

Under her father’s care and control, Britney Spears now lives a protected life, her access even to telephones strictly restricted. It appears Jamie believes Sam and Adnan got her the phone in an attempt to poison her against Jamie and to disrupt the conservatorship. The phone listed the phone numbers of Ghalib and Lutfi. Spears also testified about a series of what he called threatening text messages he received last month from someone with the screen name “citygalin310,” who he was later “100 percent” sure was Lutfi, which was strongly denied by Lutfi’s attorney.

Per People:

“Spears said the texts appeared to be someone “trying to extort my daughter.” He replied to the messages by saying, “What are you looking for? Our family has been through so much.” Fifteen minutes after receiving those texts, Jamie said Lutfi called him. “[Sam] began to cry and he basically fell apart on the phone,” said Jamie.

“When [Lutfi] was in so-called control, she’d lost everything – her kids and career,” Jamie said at the hearing. “I believe he’s a predator, I believe he’s very dangerous to her … and causes her a lot of anguish and disbelief. We’ve asked him to go away before, and now he’s coming back. We just want the man to go away. Just leave us alone.”

Papa Spears also revealed why his daughter locked herself in a bathroom last year with her youngest son Jayden, leading to her hospitalization. Claiming she had been told by Lutfi that she could have her children another night, the drama unfolded when body guards for ex husband Kevin Federline arrived to pick up the boys. Somberly describing his daughter during that night at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center as “kind of wild” and “just very messed up,” he said his daughter just didnt want to let them go since she had been told she would have them for another night.

In court papers, Lutfi denies that he’s been harassing Spears, stating that it has been Spears herself reaching out to him through text messages even though court orders forbid her from doing so. Lutfi does admit that he’s passed messages on to her through her hairdresser and others, including a “Merry Christmas” message, but argues that the messages weren’t harmful in any way.

Call me crazy, but a court order of no contact means just that – No Contact!!

Britney Spears to Cancel ‘Circus’ Tour ?!?

Britney Spears’ upcoming highly anticipated “Circus” tour since her comeback is in danger of being canceled according to a new report. She will end up canceling her tour if ex husband Kevin Federline lawyers continue to block an agreement allowing her to take the kids on the road. For weeks now Britney, K-Fed, and daddy Jamie Spears have been trying to map out a plan to allow Spears to travel with her two children, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

The plan is to have homes in 3 different cities – New Jersey, New Orleans, and Los Angeles. Her boys would stay in one of three cities, with Britney commuting in between all three depending on her schedule. And just whats in it for K-Fed? He would be given his own pad in each of the three bases, and be paid in excess of $4,000 a week for each week she’s on tour. Basically, the 4 grand is “STFU and let me play mommy with my kiddies” money.

K-Feds lawyers became aware of this agreement and were furious that this was all handled behind their backs. They accused Daddy Spears of going behind their backs and cutting them out. K-Fed’s lawyers aren’t amused with the deal for reasons unknown. Sources tell TMZ that K-Fed’s lawyers have said they object to the plan but won’t specifically say why. If an agreement doesn’t pan out, Spears is adament that she WILL cancel her upcoming tour. She has been working hard to regain 50/50 custody of her kids with Federline, and doesn’t want to hurt her progress. The three have also worked out a long-term agreement, which would extend the arrangement. That too, could end up compromised.

UGH. Can’t the lawyers just let it be since this is all in Britney, Kevin and the boys’ best interest? Stay tuned…

WTF? According to latest rumors, Kevin Federline has put down the Playstation to crank out a line of clothing for kids. So now your little future wannabe thug has some options for “designer” wife beaters.

According to Perez, the only real details of this rumored clothing line is that it will be called “Otzi.”

Seriously? The guy dresses like he robbed Rosie O’Donnell’s closet is designing clothing? That does mean he’d have to put the ham sandwich down. There is no way. That would involve effort, work and talent. None of which involve seeing how many chimigangas he can stuff down his cake-hole.

Britney Spears Admits Kevin Federline is a Crap Sack

Obviously “Womanizer” is about Kevin Federline. No surprise there. I am pretty sure she was aiming for “You’re Crap Sack and Ride the Short Bus, But I Was Ham Sandwich Crazy” was rejected by her label.

During Britney Spears’ interview for the MTV documentary “Britney: For the Record” she admits marrying Federline was a huge mistake.

“I think I married for all the wrong reasons. Instead of following my heart and, like, doing something that made me really happy,” she continues, “I just did it because…for just, like, the idea of everything.”

Yes, I can see where the idea of marrying someone who is fan of wife-beaters and has no business wearing them is sooooo tempting.

Jayden James Fine After Hospital Emergency

Poor little Jayden James was rushed to the hospital over the weekend. Britney Spears took her boys and father, Jamie Spears, to her home in Kentwood Louisiana for a bit of a vacation. The trip was to score some quality family time before Britney goes on “Circus” tour.

Jayden was reportedly having seizures. It seems those reports were false. Two year old Jayden apparently “ate something really bad.” He had an allergic reaction and broke out in hives along with being itchy. He was taken to Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center on Sunday. They kept the tot over night for observations, but he is set to be discharged tomorrow. It was also suggested that Kevin Federline was rushing to be at his son’s side. The word now is that Britney can’t even get a hold of Kevin.

He is probably too busy being a douche bag somewhere.
