Arrest Warrant Issued for Lindsay Lohan

After failing two drug tests, Hollywood Dame has learned that Lindsay Lohan’s probation has been revoked and a warrant has been issued for her arrest.

Lohan failed her last two court mandated drug tests (read about her first failed test HERE), testing positive for cocaine and the presence of amphetamines.

However, according to TMZ, the warrant has been placed on hold until Friday when Lohan is scheduled to appear in court.

Lindsay Lohan Fails Court-Mandated Drug Test‎ – UPDATED

Well that didn’t take long! Lindsay Lohan has reportedly failed a drug test in her criminal case, according to TMZ. Uh oh!

We’re told the court-mandated drug test in question occurred last week. According to the terms of Lindsay’s probation, she will get 30 days in jail for a positive drug test.

For what it’s worth, Lindsay’s camp is insisting to TMZ that she has not failed a drug test, but TMZ is standing by their story, saying they have confirmed that she indeed has. A spokeswoman for the D.A.’s office claims they have not been”officially notified” of a failed test, and a hearing has not been set. Yet. Stay tuned. I see a whole new round of court ordered drama in the near future.

Lindsay Lohan tested positive for cocaine last week and that is why she failed her drug test … sources tell TMZ.

Sources connected with the case tell us Lindsay failed another test as well — we’re told it was not for cocaine, but they would not be more specific. And our sources say … the tests were both conducted within a short span of each other.
