Lindsay Lohan Enters ‘No Contest’ Plea in Jewelry Theft Case

As expected, Lindsay Lohan’s attorney, Shawn Holley, entered a no-contest plea today to a misdemeanor grand theft charge. Holley entered the plea on behalf of Lohan, who did not appear in court.

Lindsay Lohan Sentenced to 120 Days in Jail, Posts Bail

I’m sure Miss ‘Higher than the law’ Lohan didn’t see this coming! Late yesterday afternoon Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 4 months in jail!

Lindsay Lohan Reconsiders Pleading Guilty

Lindsay Lohan will be back in court Friday. That’s when her preliminary hearing will start for the felony charge she received earlier this year. A Venice Beach jewelry store claims that Lindsay left the store wearing a necklace worth $2500.
