Lindsay Lohan Is Suspect In Jewelry Theft

It seems every few weeks Lindsay Lohan is in trouble again. By all accounts, Lohan has completed rehab with flying colors, but now something completely non-alcohol and non-drug related is about to fully derail her comeback and the cops are involved. According to Radar Online, Lohan is being accused of stealing high-end jewelry. News broke late last night that she had allegedly stolen a $2500 necklace from a store in LA. Cops obtained a search warrant to search her condo, but one of Lilo’s associates has surrendered the piece of jewelry in question before the warrant was executed.

LAPD Pacfic Division Lt. Jeff Bert tells RadarOnline: “A person claiming to represent Lindsay Lohan turned the necklace into LAPD dectectives at 8:30pm Tuesday night. LAPD began investigating Lohan on January 23rd. The necklace was reportedly stolen from a Venice boutique. If the LA County DA’s office files charges it would be grand theft, which is a felony.”

Besides the fact that Lilo’s associate turned the necklace over to law enforcement, there’s also a video of Lindsay wearing the necklace at the store on January 22nd and a photo of her wearing the one-of-a-kind necklace a week later. The necklace is now in a police locker, classified as evidence. The L.A. County District Attorney will get the case today for its review, and one source closely connected with the case says charges are “likely.” With her being on probation still this could mean she’d be heading back to jail… AGAIN! Better start practicing for mugshot #5!

According to Lohan, a stylist of hers borrowed the necklace and simply forgot to return it. Lindsey – your story has holes bigger than the Titanic, and I hope you sink just as hard. Here’s to hoping the next post reads ” Lindsay Lohan Has Been Arrested” or “Warrant Issued for Lindsay Lohan”!

Lindsay Lohan Steals Again, Coked-Out Twitter Updates Follow

Is it just me, or is Lindsay Lohan, who is looking more like she’s 53 and lived a hard life, instead of 23 living a privileged life, a complete and total mess?

She’s been flailing around Paris for the last month with Ungaro (the fashion house she is supposedly is working for—read about that major flop by clicking here), getting photographed with her 15 year old sister Ali, and looking pretty much like the actress listed in the final credits as: Crack Whore #2.

So how can she do this? She has to be completely broke, right? She hasn’t had a successful acting job since ‘Mean Girls’ which is already airing on network TV, her job with Ungaro is a fraud, and her mom is too busy pimping her other kids to care. So how is she doing it? Well, she’s resorting to theft once again, of course!!!

“The story is so ridiculously stupid/brilliant, it’s rather epic. Here’s what happened: Lindsay stopped by the showroom of Arielle de Pinto and “borrowed” some jewelry for a “magazine shoot”. To their credit, the people working in the showroom made sure to take an imprint of Lindsay’s credit card. Bippitey-bopity, Lindsay never returned the jewelry and she cancelled the credit card. Heist complete!”

As if this wasn’t enough, Lohan has taken to her Twitter account once again to scream at her on-again/off-again girl love, Samantha Ronson.
