Two of Kathie Lee Gifford’s surviving brain cells rubbed together and created a thought on the ‘Today Show‘ yesterday. She decided to ask a question that was not on her cue cards and it ended with a whole lotta face-palming and Hoda trying to change the subject.
Gifford started firing questions off about Martin’ wife, Nancy, who died in 2010. Of course, Martin Short is a class act and patronized her by answering as honestly as he could. Before he left, he did inform Kathie that his wife was dead. She then apologized both on air and on Twitter.
