Oksana Grigorieva Drops Domestic Violence Claims Against Mel Gibson

He sure has luck on his side! In a quite surprising move, Oksana Grigorieva has dropped her domestic violence claim against Mel Gibson at a court hearing today in their custody case. The two split early last year and she went on to accuse him of beating her in a violent domestic dispute.

Grigorieva’s lawyer Dan Horowitz made the announcement earlier, telling a judge and Gibson’s lawyer that they would no longer be pursuing the charges that Mel’s alleged violent behavior is grounds for changes to the custody agreement over their daughter Lucia. But why the sudden change of heart?

Mel Gibson Booked on Battery Charge – MUGSHOT

Mel Gibson skipped the premiere of “The Beaver” in Texas last night (Wednesday) in order to be booked and printed on charges for misdemeanor battery.

Before Charlie Sheen went crazy and threatened to behead his ex-wife, Gibson was taped by Oksana Grigorieva threatening her and demanding pre-jacuzzi blow jobs. He showed up to the El Segunda police station in California where he was arrested, photographed, fingerprinted and subsequently released.

“He was cooperative. Everything went smoothly,” Lt. Raymond Garcia of the El Segundo Police Department confirmed. This followed his acceptance of a no-jail pleas bargain last Friday in the case of Oksana’s claimed assault. After pleading no contest, Mel received 3 years probation, 1 year of mandatory counseling and 16 hours of community service.

Meanwhile, Jodie Foster has been singing his praises and served up a bowl full emotional copulation for Mad Mel…

Jodie on how Mel may be a lady smacker but his performance totally makes up for it: “God, I love that man. The performance he gave in this movie, I will always be grateful for. He brought a lifetime of pain to the character that we’ve been talking about for years, that I knew was part of his psyche and who he is. It’s part of him that is beautiful and that I want people to know, too. I can’t ever regret that.”

Jodie on Mel Being a Unicorn of Deep Emotional Turmoil: ““I know him in a very complex way. He’s a real person; he’s not a cardboard cutout. I know that he has troubles, and when you love somebody you don’t just walk away from them when they are struggling.”

Mel Gibson to Plead ‘No Contest’ in Domestic Violence Case

Looks like someone sure caught a lucky break. Mel Gibson has struck a deal and will plead no contest to simple battery in court with lawyer Blair Berk on Friday, a lesser charge than corporal injury on a spouse which he was originally facing, in order to avoid jail time. The case relates to an incident between Gibson and his baby mama Oksana Grigorieva, who accused Gibson of punching her in the face and knocking out her teeth during an argument. Gibson said in a written declaration he slapped her during an argument because she was hysterical and shaking their daughter, but denies hitting her.

Per ET:

Mel’s admission was part of a plea deal brokered with prosecutors to avoid a messy trial, and excuses the actor from receiving any jail time for his actions. Instead, Gibson is expected to undergo counseling (’cause that’s worked so well for him in the past) and possibly serve some length of probation.

Gibson reportedly took the plea deal in order to avoid going to trial, as celebrity trials are high wattage tabloid events (see: anytime Lindsay Lohan steps into court). Gibson’s lawyer additionally states that by accepting a plea deal, Gibson is also protecting his children, especially his young daughter Lucia. Which, after months of drama, we can only guess is a welcome relief. Well done, Blair Berk for your client. Lohan – take note.

Officials are still investigating and extortion case involving Gibson and Grigorieva. He claims his ex attempted to extort money out of him by recording him hurling abuse at her in a 2010 phone call while angry, which was later leaked to the media. Grigorieva maintains that she did not leak the recording. For his part, Gibson has claimed that Grigorieva used the audiotapes to try to extort a better settlement from him over their breakup – a deal that has been reported to be as high as $20 million. Oksana has since taken out a restraining order against Gibson, and the two are currently involved in a child custody war.

Another injustice of rich people getting away with the same crimes that send poor people to prison! The only good thing I have to say for Mel Gibson is that his handlers are handling him better than the handlers of Charlie Sheen!

2. Mel Gibson and the Glum C*nt – After divorcing his wife Mel Gibson and his mistress, Oksana Grigorieva, went public. The two then hit red carpet events together and announced that they were expecting a baby. Following the birth of their daughter Lucia, Mel went crazy and reportedly hit Oksana while she held their infant daughter in her arms. Gibson has a past full of drunken tirades surrounding his personal anti-Semitic views so when the news of audio tapes filled with death threats and acts of violence hit, it wasn’t as much of a shock. 5. Charlie Sheen VS. Hotel Chandelier – Charlie Sheen loves his booze, coke and women (not necessarily in that order.) He ended his last Christmas threatening and hitting his wife. The progressed with the usual antics of jail, rehab and some of his cars mysteriously committing suicide. Finally, in October the current highest paid male tv star had a debacle at the Plaza Hotel. We aren’t talking some Eloise shiz here. Charlie was found naked in his room after a hooker/porn star called the cops when he locked her in a closet and then beat up a chair, table and chandelier. “I know you and Travolta go way back, so let’s get really blunt here: Does his (Travolta’s) legal team have any business demanding Gawker remove a recent post suggesting that he’s given (bleep) jobs?”

Fisher answered “Wow! I mean, my feeling about John has always been that we know and we don’t care. Look, I’m sorry that he’s uncomfortable with it, and that’s all I can say. It only draws more attention to it when you make that kind of legal fuss. Just leave it be.”

7. Lindsay Lohan.Period. – It wouldn’t be a year without Lindsay Lohan crying in a courtroom. Lindsay failed to show up to a court date for a DUI hearing because Leprechauns stole her passport while she was in Cannes. Looming paparazzi followed the flimsy excuse with pics of Lindsay partying the nights away following the loss of her travel documents. 8. Demi Lovato Punching Back Up Dancer – This troubled starlet couldn’t dodge the Disney curse. 9. LeAnn Rimes Man Snatchin’ – LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian met on the set of set of a Lifetime movie. They soon turned into a real life drama. The two were caught on camera having a date night while kissing and suck on each other’s fingers. Both were married to other people at the time. Eddie attempted to make it work with his wife after their affair became public knowledge. Rimes continued to stalk him and pretty much told her husband to take a hike. They are now engaged and sitting by themselves at the shamed bitches table. Shape Magazine received an onslaught of criticism after plastering LeAnn on their cover. The Editor has since apologized for her lapse in taste.

10. Brett Favre Caught With His Pants on the Ground – Brett Favre couldn’t keep his peen to himself according to Jenn Sterger. The Playboy Playmate turned Sports Illustrated lacky shared the story of Brett trying to seduce her on multiple occasions. It started with a few phone calls that turned sexually aggressive and were followed with pictures of Favre’s penis. In one of the photos Brett is allegedly masturbating while wearing sandals. What resulted was a laughable investigation and a slew of Croc jokes. As pointed out on Sportscasm, it is impossible to tell whether or not or not it is actually Favre, but the voicemails sound a lot like him.

Mel Gibson Ordered to Pay in Back Child Support

The Incredible Hulk of BJ’s is going to have to pay up. Mel Gibson was ordered to pay just over $60,000 in child support.

Oksana Grigorieva and Mel went to court to hammer out the details of how much Grigorwhateva deserved in support of their daughter, Lucia. Gibson had been withholding the payments in order to try and charge Oksana $6,000 for rent.

Via NY Post:

“This morning, [a judge] ordered Mel to give up his fight to have rent deducted from Oksana and [baby] Lucia’s monthly child-support allowance of $20,000-a-month.”

Mel can add Isaiah Washington to his roster of possible costars. That makes a total of 2 people that will work with him in Hollywood. Isaiah has opened his bigot hole to support Mel.

“But you know what’s strange, though? I would still work with Mel Gibson! [Gibson's] a talented, man! Come on, he came up with Apocalypto, man! I want to work with this guy. I’ve worked with Steven Seagal. He’s out of his mind. I mean, I’ve worked with Spike Lee for four films. I’ve worked with some people that you can say are right there teetering between genius and madness. So I don’t look at their personal stuff.”

Washington did snub Charlie Sheen though and dismissed that notion by noting, “I’m not a fan of that behavior.”

So for those of you keeping score at home… Threatening to kill baby momma and bury her in the rose garden because she is a ‘glum c*nt’ while demanding pre-Jacuzzi oral copulation = OK. Getting crunk on booze and coke then locking a porn start in a closet = Not OK.

Randy and Evi Quaid’s Bizarre ‘Good Morning America’ Interview – Video

Ready for your daily dose of ‘wtf?’ Randy Quaid and his wife Evi were on “Good Morning America” yesterday, talking about that conspiracy of, quote, “star whackers” who are supposedly out to kill celebrities and steal their money.

Per NY Daily News:

“I genuinely feel these people are trying to kill us,” Evi told “Good Morning America” Monday. “We are refugees … we are Hollywood refugees.”

“They follow us, they tail us,” Randy said. “They tag our cell phone, they hack our computer.”

He added that he’s not the only celebrity who could be next on their list. He thinks Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears could be targets, too. And there’s this – Randy and Evi think Mel Gibson was set up. Randy claims that Oksana Grigorieva was sent to, quote, “do him in . . . figuratively. To steal his money and ruin him.” Evi claims that Mel was such a maniac on those taped phone conversations with Oksana because he was drugged.

“I think he was drugged. I think he was slipped a Mickey,” Evi said of Gibson.

You really have to see this interview. Randy and Evi swear they’re not on drugs and they’re not crazy… but HOLY SHIZZNIT, THEY’RE INSANE!!! Check it out!!!

Mel Gibson Fired From ‘Hangover 2′

Are you really surprised? How many studios are willing to pay in pre-jacuzzi blow jobs these days?

Mel Gibson will no longer make a cameo in ‘The Hangover Part II’ as a tattoo artist. It seems that fellow cast members aren’t thrilled to have their names attached to a film that involves Gibson. Zach Galifianakis wasn’t shy in revealing that he wasn’t happy with “something to do with a movie” he is currently working on.

Per Comedy Death-Ray podcast (Via Hollywood Reporter):

“A movie you’re acting in, you don’t have a lot of control; you just show up and vomit your lines out. I’m not the boss. I’m in deep protest right now about a movie I’m working on, up in arms about something. But I can’t get the guys to [listen]. … I’m not making any leeway. It has something to do with a movie I’m working on, yeah. I’ll tell you about it later. It’s very frustrating.”

Zach isn’t alone. Several other cast and crew members also hated the idea but haven’t publicly alluded to their feelings. Basically, the Hangover centers on the guys going to Bangkok and getting into more trouble. One of them gets a tattoo during their adventure abroad and somehow the role of the tattoo artist is “pivotal” to the film. According to a source involved with creating the script, Mel was perfect for the role thanks to his nuttier than squirrel shiz status. However, the role is described as just a cameo.

Regardless, director for Hangover 2, Todd Phillips, confirmed that Mel is out…

“I thought Mel would have been great in the movie and I had the full backing of Jeff Robinov and his team. But I realize filmmaking is a collaborative effort, and this decision ultimately did not have the full support of my entire cast and crew.”

So it looks like he will have to stick with a Jody Foster produced musicals. I admittedly never saw the first movie in its entirety, but wasn’t Mike Tyson in it? Yeah, I thought so. Mel can now move his reputation peg below convicted rapist.

Mel Gibson Blames Mel Menopause for Crazy Violence

It’s been awhile since we’ve had a fresh drama from the Melocaust.

About a year before Mel Gibson went glum C.U. Next Tuesday crazy and hit, threatened and yelled at Oksana Grigorieva, he wrote her a letter about his urge to get drunk and TP the Jewish neighbors.

“Sorry Honey,

I couldn’t sleep and my guts were churning – I Love You- and to tell the truth I haven’t really got a grip at the moment. I don’t know why I’m so whacky and depressed but I need to get well and re-enter life. Please don’t be upset I’ve gone — I’m just not myself and feel bad when I am so f**ked up and sick around you. I don’t want to inflict this unhealthy version of myself on you but be strong and together for you. I can’t be that! Maybe it’s some kind of male menopause– or Brian’s s**t or God knows what, but this isn’t who I was meant to be – I know it! I’m scared I can’t get back. I’m so ragged I could drink or commit a crime. The anger seems to be out of my control. I need to do something about it, something lasting. Not just a band aid.

Mel Gibson Hit Son, Threw TV at Robyn Says Oksana

A day cannot pass without another story about Mel Gibson screaming about blow jobs, Jew blood or rose gardens. In Chapter 23 of the Chronicles of Mel Gibson: Smile and Blow Me, Oksana Grigorieva claims that Mel hit his son who was 9 at the time.

“Oksana told authorities about Mel’s ‘angry outbursts’ toward his own family and friends,” said a source, familiar with the investigation. “She said that Mel, in her presence, hit Tommy, in the head, while they were in a box watching a hockey game. She said Tommy started crying and whimpered for the remainder of the game, choosing to sit by himself, away from his father.”

Grigorieva goes on to claim that Mel bragged about throwing a tv at his now ex-wife, Robyn.

“In the Russian newspaper, a source close to the Soviet-born musician, detailed the alleged abuse against Robyn…

“Mel was telling several times how he threw a TV into her (Robyn) once when they were arguing,” the newspaper quoted the source as saying. “Thank god he missed and the TV fell out a second story window.”

During an interview Oksana did outside of a Ralph’s grocery store (not kidding) she explained that all the tapes being flooded to the net were recorded the same night and the only reason she recorded them was because she thought “she wouldn’t make it through the night.”

I can’t wait for Lifetime’s movie of the week on this rodeo. Twenty dollars and pack of Trojans says The Hoff will be playing Mel.

Oksana Grigorieva Claims Mel Gibson Hit Their Daughter And Abused Her Son – PHOTO

A new day, a new accusation against Mel Gibson comes to light making my head spin. However, today’s accusations just may be the worse of all. Radar Online has mysteriously gotten their hands on a photograph of his and Oksana Grigorieva’s infant daughter Lucia after she was allegedly punched by Gibson. (Hear the audio recording here.) Grigorieva is claiming Gibson struck her twice while she held their daughter, and one of the punches grazed Lucia’s chin. Only two months old at the time, the photograph shows a small abrasion on her chin. Grigorieva is using the photograph to plead with the judge to allow her primary custody.

Oksana told authorities that she was holding Lucia when Mel punched her in the mouth and then in the left temple, causing her to fall backward onto a bed. She says the Oscar-winning actor/director then put a forearm across her throat and used the palm of his free hand to cover her face, causing her to gasp, struggle and fear for her life.

“Oksana said right after the incident, she observed blood and a small abrasion on Lucia’s chin, which was not there before the incident,” said a source, who is familiar with the law enforcement investigation. “She took photographed the abrasion that night.” Those photos are now evidence.

The Department of Children and Family Services has their hands on the photograph, and will be interviewing Mel later this week. Investigators from the agency have already interviewed Grigorieva and her son Alexander, who’s testimony could be very detrimental since he was, too, allegedly on the wrong end of Gibsons’ temper. Witnesses apparently saw Gibson get violent with Alexander over a cigarette.

Per TMZ:

It happened at a party last year in Costa Rica. Sources connected to the case say Oksana’s 12-year-old son, Alexander was playfully jumping up and down, trying to knock a cigarette out of Mel’s mouth. Oksana claims Mel exploded by grabbing the boy and throwing him violently onto a table.

Accusations of this ordeal arose in May while Gibson and Grigorieva were attempting to make an agreement on the custody arrangements in the mediation. Gibson’s lawyer did his own investigation on the matter and stated that there were “numerous adults and children” who witnessed what took place and have very different stories. TMZ reports the reason this event is so important is because it’s a question of credibility on Gibsons’ and Grigorievas’ part.

I’m guessing by now we all pretty much feel the same way about Mel but if Oksana stayed with him after he abused her son then there are no words to explain the disgust I feel towards her.
