Nicki Minaj says that a man who she was reportedly staying at the Palomar Hotel with hit her in the lip.
The rapper reportedly told police that she and a male companion got into a fight near the pool and moved their argument to their room. He then allegedly smacked her. According to TMZ she had a hotel employee call police, but then refused to press charges. Her attacker had left by the time authorities arrived. The cops took a report and left.
On Monday Night the voice over version of Susan Boyle let us down. Ted Williams went from slut for booze money to recovering alcoholic plucked from Ohio with a Golden Voice. It’s like a poor man’s version of “From Homeless to Harvard.”
Ol’ Willy hasn’t been enjoying the spoils of national fame for a full week and he has already taken a turn down Jerry Springer Road. His daughter and her bank account went to visit him in his room at Renaissance Hotel in Hollywood. She claims he is pulling a Lindsay Lohan and drinking entire bottles of Grey Goose, cashing it with beer and washing down with wine. She then allegedly tried to blackmail him and fighting ensued. Police arrived and took them both into custody. No one was charged but Teddy now has some cuts on his face thanks to his daughter’s acrylic claws. BTW, he has NINE KIDS. Looks like sweet nectar wasn’t his only hobby. His ex-wife, Patricia Kirtley, raised 5 of the kids while he battled his addictions.

While he was struggling with a drug addiction, she had to go on welfare. She eventually attended school and became a licensed blind vendor to support her children. Most of the past 23 years, Ted have been missing in action. He is a stranger to his own children and grandchildren.”
One of the children isn’t even hers?!!??! Patty is the real star here. She needs some sitcom with Antione Dodson. For real.

So 90% of Hollywood is running around with coke up their nose, as they shoot heroin into their eyeballs and smell like pot. (Click HERE to see where Paris Hilton hides her cocaine stash.) So it’s no surprise when T.I. and his new wife, Tameka Cottle, were arrested for possession of controlled substances. Cops pulled over the couple on Sunset Boulevard just after 10 PM last night. They smelled pot and started searching for drugs and found more than they bargained for.
“When searching the vehicle cops found a controlled substance. Law enforcement sources tell us the controlled substance was not cocaine, but rather the class of controlled substance that triggered the arrest includes methamphetamines and ecstasy. Law enforcement sources say both T.I. and Tameka were booked on felony possession of a controlled substance.”
They were released around 4:00 AM this morning after posting a $10,000 bail.

Tragedy fell upon the NFL early this morning. Cincinnati Bengals Wide Receiver Chris Henry passed away this morning after sustaining injuries suffered after he fell from a moving pickup truck driven by his fiancee Loleini Tonga yesterday in Charlotte, N.C. Henry died at 6:36 a.m. at Carolinas Medical Center, where he had been taken early yesterday afternoon. Police haven’t released a cause of death.
Chris Henry was severely injured and was listed in a critical condition after falling out of the back of a moving pick-up truck following a heated argument with Tonga. She got in a pick-up truck and drove off, with Henry running after her and hopping into the bed of the truck. The two continued fighting until his accident when Henry “came out” of the back of the vehicle about a half-mile away from his fiancees’ parents house. When police and paramedics responded to the scene, police said Henry had suffered life-threatening injuries, including severe head trauma. He was then transported to a local hospital. No charges have been immediately filed, although authorities are at the scene conducting a criminal investigation to assess if he fell or was thrown off the truck.
Per Fox Sports:
“The domestic situation continued between the operator and Mr. Henry,” the police said in a statement. “At some point while she was driving, Mr. Henry came out of the back of the vehicle.”
According to a statement released by the Bengals, Henry and Tonga were to be married in March. Tonga’s MySpace page also made several references to the expected nuptials, including the purchase of her dress and wedding rings. Police haven’t released details on their dispute. However, homicide detectives were called to the scene of the accident to investigate. According to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police, such a move is typical procedure when the department responds to an accident involving life-threatening injuries.
Drafted in 2005, Henry is no stranger to problems off the field. He was arrested several times during his professional career, including arrests for DUI, marijuana possession, and assault, before being released by the Bengals in 2007 and then re-signed to a two-year contract with the team before the 2008 season. After the Bengals’ owner gave Henry a second chance, Henry seemed to have straightened his life out, staying out of trouble and focusing his off time on his family. He had been on injured reserve with the Bengals since Nov. 9 due to a dislocated forearm and had been spending his time away from the team with Tonga and their children.

“He was good at what he did as a player, he was a teammate to our players and a friend to almost all of us in the building,” Bengals president Mike Brown said at a news conference Thursday at the team’s headquarters. “We knew him in a way that [was not consistent] with his public persona. We liked him. He had worked through troubles in his life … to a point where he was going to have the future we all wanted for him and that he wanted for himself. At the time of his tragedy he was running to daylight.”
Henry leaves behind his fiancee and three children: 3-year old Seini, 2-year old Chris Jr., and 10-month old DeMarcus. He was 26 years old. An unfortunate end to a troubled life that seemed to be on the mend over the past year. Our sympathies are with the family of Chris Henry and his fiancee. Family, friends, and fans will miss him.

A very controversial nude picture of Brooke Shields taken when she was just a young 10 years old has been removed from an exhibitions at London’s Tate Modern after police visited the museum. Raising concerns after some deemed it pornographic, it was removed after a police investigation. The police are currently trying to figure out if the picture breaks child porn laws over there.

“The officers have specialist experience in this field and are keen to work with gallery management to ensure that they do not inadvertently break the law or cause any offense to their visitors,” a Scotland Yard spokesman said, confirming the Wednesday visit by the Obscene Publications Unit.
Artist Richard Prince’s image is of a photo taken in 1975 by Garry Gross with the permission of her mother, Teri Shields, who immediately signed her rights to the picture away. The image shows Shields from the knees up wearing heavy makeup, covered in oil, and standing naked in a bathtub. Children’s rights advocates were extremely upset when they learned the photo might be part of the London art show, “Pop Life: Art in a Material World”. They state that the image could act as a “magnet for pedophiles.” Gross he never considered the photo pornographic but acknowledges that “she was supposed to look like a sexy woman.”

“The photo has been infamous from the day I took it and I intended it to be,” Gross told the paper, adding he was “disappointed but not surprised” with the authorities decision.
Jack Bankowsky, co-curator of the exhibit, previously said that he had hoped controversy over the photo’s subject matter would not overshadow the artistic interest of the work. Scheduled to open today in London, the room containing the portrait has been reportedly closed off. It is unknown at this time if the photograph will go on display.
Shields attempted to buy back the negatives of the 1975 photograph in 1981 but a judge ruled that she was a “hapless victim of a contract… to which two grasping adults bound her.” Shields career was managed by her mother at that time, who also allowed her to play a child who lived in a brothel in the 1978 film “Pretty Baby,” which included several nude scenes for the actress who was only 11 years old at the time. As a mother I can’t ever imagine putting my daughter in some strange situation like that. Art – Really? And what supposedly was supposed to be the “intent” behind that picture? A mother is supposed to protect their children, not pimp them out.

Sometime this week, it is reported that Mel Gibson will ask for the DUI tape footage, which cost him his reputation to say the least, to be erased. Back in 2006, a tape was released featuring Gibson screaming anti-Semitic remarks at authorities after he was pulled over for suspension of driving under the influence. After the incident authorities did a horrible job of trying to hide the tape, which still found its way to the mainstream, and that’s when the world heard what Mel Gibson really thinks…to think all that built up anger in the man who co-written “The Passion of the Christ”.

“We’ve obtained legal papers (on Yom Kippur, funny enough) revealing that Gibson’s lawyer, Blair Berk, will go to court in exactly one week and ask the judge to remove the DUI from Gibson’s record—because he successfully completed all the terms of his 3-year probation .”
When will celebrities learn… they have all that money and yet they always set themselves up for failure. If they are going to go partying and more than likely drink, why is it so hard to hire someone to drive you around for the night???

Apparently Joe Francis has not been keeping up with the whole Chris Brown fiasco, because now he’s the latest celebrity in trouble for allegedly assaulting a female. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is looking for Francis, founder of the controversial Girls Gone Wild franchise, to question him about assaulting Brody Jenners‘ girlfriend, Playboys 2008 Playmate of the Year Jayde Nicole. Francis was reportedly harrassing an ex-girlfriend of his when Jayde decided to go over and come to her rescue from his unwanted advances. Nicole confronted Francis, began arguing, and eventually tossed a drink on the creep. Francis attacked Nicole by pulling her hair, punching her in the face and throwing her to the ground, then proceeded to hit a female friend of hers who was trying to defend her. Security was called in to try and break it up as Jenner was trying to get his hands on Francis, with both ending up being ejected from the club. Jenner met back up with Francis outside of the club, punching Francis in the face before an unidentified individual zapped him with a taser gun. Francis, who was shirtless at that point, then quickly left and the police were called.

“Joe Francis beat up my lady this morning for no reason! Pulled her to the ground, punched & kicked her..what does that say about him. How can you call yourself a man when you beat up a girl?? Joe Francis is a piece of sh*t. Joe Francis needs to be in jail!!!”
Jaydes reported injuries are a black and blue cheek, a swollen face, a bruised left rib and her lower abdomen is sore. Some of her hair was also pulled out. A police report has been filed and she said she would press charges against Francis. Good for her. Maybe Francis can spend some more quality time with the jail cell he so obviously misses.

Dang, these “Harry Potter” actors sure like to smoke, and I’m not just talking about cigarettes! The latest actor, and the latest series actor, to be caught redhanded smoking pot is Josh Herdman, who plays Slytherin House bully Gregory Goyle in the movies. Pictures have surfaced of Herdman smoking what appears to be a ten inch joint while on vacation in Amsterdam. But don’t get your tighty whities in a bunch just yet — Smoking pot in Amsterdam is legal! Betcha the Harry Potter Big-Wigs are just loving this!

This comes on the heel of another fellow Harry Potter actor being busted with weed. Actor Jamie Waylett, who plays Draco Malfoy’s henchman Vincent Crabbe, was sentenced to 120 hours of community service in July for growing marijuana after police found 10 plants growing in his mother’s London home.
What would Dumbledore say? I guess maybe its time to consider changing the series name to “Harry Potheads.”

Former “O.C.” actress Mischa Barton was reportedly removed from her LA home yesterday by police after responding to a 911 call around 3pm. Details are sketchy but it’s being said that Mischa called the police herself after having a “freak out“… whatever THAT is supposed to mean.
Per Us Weekly:
“We responded to her home last night on a medical issue,” Officer April Harding tells Us. “We assisted with it. She was removed from her home.”
Mystery surrounds the entire situation… Where was Mischa taken? What caused her to so-called freak out? Details on where Barton was taken are not being released by police, citing California privacy laws. Chances are the situation occurred because its being claimed that Barton is smoking the wacky tobacky again, among other things. Freak-out? Sounds more like paranoia to me. Mischa has already done one drug-related stint in rehab, which she entered after a 2008 arrest for DUI and marijuana possession. She was sentenced to 36 months probation, told to attend alcohol education classes, and pay a fine.
Mischa was set to appear tonight at the premiere of her new film titled “Homecoming.” Director Morgan Freeman says that he is sadden to hear that she will not be able to make it because her performance in the film is ‘fantastic’ and will be missed… Missed? Or secretly relieved that the chances of this premiere going off without a hitch has now jumped to nearly 100%? Barton also has a new show on The CW coming out this fall called “A Beautiful Life” about living life as a supermodel.
rPulse claims to have been in contact with the actress’ family, who say this is nothing more than complications due to oral surgery involving deep impacted wisdom teeth that had to be removed from her jaw bones.

“I spoke with a family representative and confirmed that Mischa Barton was taken to the hospital due to complications from oral surgery. Her family is with her and she is being treated with antibiotics.”
Do they really expect us to believe that excuse? While as much of a hot mess as she’s been looking lately, there has to be more to this then what her representation is claiming. Since when does complications from oral surgery mean you receive a police escort to the hospital? Hmmm… Something tells me this story is only just beginning…

While Rachel Bilson was visiting fiance Hayden Christiansen in Canada earlier this month, some burglars broke into her LA house and helped themselves to jewelry and designer clothing. Although the actual incident occurred on May 8, she has yet to file a complete missing items report with the police. Rachel’s mother discovered the break in while stopping in to check on things.
Per People:
“They stole all her designer labels – shoes, clothes, bags … She collected a lot of vintage shoes – she’s a size 5 – and they took them all,” says a pal. Also boosted? “All her jewelry, including some handed down to her by her grandmother. Fashion is her passion. She’s devastated.”
Police are investigating the robbery, while Rachel tries to get over it reportedly left feeling shaken and violated. While there are no signs of forced entry, the loss is estimated to be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.
