George Bush: Kanye West’s Comments Were ‘Worst Moment of Presidency’

There are three things I hate to talk about…politics, religion and Kanye West. So I will let George Bush handle this one…

Bush was having a chat with Matt Lauer for a prime time interview for A Very Special Matt Lauer Reports on NBC Nov. 8. George is pimping his new book “Decision Points” and discussed “the worst moment of his Presidency” and it wasn’t one of the many catastrophes that claimed thousands of lives….it was Kanye West calling him racist.

Via EW:

“He called me a racist,” Bush tells Lauer. “And I didn’t appreciate it then. I don’t appreciate it now. It’s one thing to say, ‘I don’t appreciate the way he’s handled his business.’ It’s another thing to say, ‘This man’s a racist.’ I resent it, it’s not true.”

Lauer quotes from Bush’s new book: “Five years later I can barely write those words without feeling disgust.” Lauer adds, “You go on: ‘I faced a lot of criticism as President. I didn’t like hearing people claim that I lied about Iraq’s weapons of mass destruction or cut taxes to benefit the rich. But the suggestion that I was racist because of the response to Katrina represented an all-time low.’

President Bush responds: “Yeah. I still feel that way as you read those words. I felt ‘em when I heard ‘em, felt ‘em when I wrote ‘em and I felt ‘em when I’m listening to ‘em.

Lauer: “You say you told Laura at the time it was the worst moment of your Presidency?”

Bush: “Yes. My record was strong I felt when it came to race relations and giving people a chance. And it was a disgusting moment.”

Matt isn’t an idiot and outsmarted by a Waldo and pointed out the death, destruction and suffering in Louisiana should be what he focused on…not what one groundlessly arrogant, and ignorant celeb has to say…

Lauer: “I wonder if some people are going to read that, now that you’ve written it, and they might give you some heat for that. And the reason is this — “
Bush [interrupting]: “Don’t care.”

Lauer: “Well, here’s the reason. You’re not saying that the worst moment in you’re Presidency was watching the misery in Louisiana. You’re saying it was when someone insulted you because of that.”

Bush: “No, and I also make it clear that the misery in Louisiana affected me deeply as well. There’s a lot of tough moments in the book. And it was a disgusting moment, pure and simple.”

Like I said, I hate to talk politics, religion and Kanye, BUT if I were President I would say the worst moment of my time as leader would be seeing my nation fail at preventing terrorist from using planes we taught them to fly to attack us and the devastating loss of life that resulted…NOT what some rapper with daddy issues had to say about another equally horrible time of suffering.

Will.i.am Blackface Racial Backlash – PHOTOS

Some people didn’t like this very much…

Will.i.am went black Sharpie crazy and painted his face black at the 2010 MTV VMAs. Twitter went into a small frenzy over the Black Eyed Peas member appearance. The word “racist‘ was tossed around and Us Weekly jumped on the “controversy.”

Will rolled his eyes and took to Twitter to defend his ebony appearance…

“1st. just because I where all black including head mask as expression and emphasize my outfit, it shouldn’t be looked at as racial…
Let go of the past. there are far more important things 2 bark about. (Jobs, health, education) not a black man wearing all black everything
Are you guys serious? my outfit set “black people back 100 yrs” choose your twits wisely. no education sets people back, no jobs, bad health”

Meh, I don’t see any “racial” problems. At first I thought Taylor Momsen had taken her eyeliner encrusted eyes to the next level.

John Mayer Apologizes (Kinda) and Quits – Video

john-mayer-apology

Don’t get out your sad faces out for John Mayer. The “Say What You Need to Say” crooner is not quitting music. In fact he “just wants to play his guitar” and wave goodbye to the media.

Mayer unleashed more verbal diarrhea to Playboy magazine in which he managed to offend 60% of the world in one interview. In case you missed it…

He spewed way too much information on his sex life:

*”I don’t think I open myself to it. My d**k is sort of like a white supremacist. I’ve got a Benetton heart and a f**kin’ David Duke c**k. I’m going to start dating separately from my d**k.”
*Described Jessica Simpson as sexual napalm (click HERE for that quote)
*Said that he only made sexy times with Jennifer Aniston a handful of times and said she wants to time travel back to 1998 and be Rachel again. He also affirmed that her hatred of Twitter was one of the reasons they split.

Then the cherry on top of this ice cream sundae that has his publicist standing on a ledge somewhere was his use of the controversial “N” Word.

“Someone asked me the other day, ‘What does it feel like now to have a hood pass?’ And by the way, it’s sort of a contradiction in terms, because if you really had a hood pass, you could call it a ni**er pass. Why are you pulling a punch and calling it a hood pass if you really have a hood pass? But I said, I can’t really have a hood pass. I’ve never walked into a restaurant, asked for a table and been told, ‘We’re full.’

His choice in being an unapologetic bag of lady wash has revoked his aforementioned “hood pass” and he is starting to feel the backlash of letting endless piles of poo plop out of his mouth. He made tried to apologize in a statement via his rep (aka Twitter.)

Re: using the ‘N word’ in an interview: I am sorry that I used the word. And it’s such a shame that I did because the point I was trying to make was in the exact opposite spirit of the word itself. It was arrogant of me to think I could intellectualize using it, because I realize that there’s no intellectualizing a word that is so emotionally charged.

And while I’m using today for looking at myself under harsh light, I think it’s time to stop trying to be so raw in interviews. It started as an attempt to not let the waves of criticism get to me, but it’s gotten out of hand and I’ve created somewhat of a monster. I wanted to be a blues guitar player. And a singer. And a songwriter. Not a shock jock. I don’t have the stomach for it. Again, because I don’t want anyone to think I’m equivocating: I should have never said the word and I will never say it again. I just wanted to play the guitar for people. Everything else just sort of popped up and I improvised, and kept doubling down on it…”

It gets even better as he continues to think his “quest to be clever” made his constant douchebaggery ok. He gave his audience in Nashville a tear ridden apology that was about as genuine as Balloon Boy’s dad. Mayer announced he “quit the media” and a roar of cheers followed.

Take it as a hint Johnny.

Prince Harry’s Naughty – Video and Photos

Prince Harry made mistake number one when you are partaking in naughty things….he video tapped it.

Harry went on a racial tirade throwing out slurs and making offensive remarks. He threw around words like “Paki” and “raghead” while joking around with some of his squad buddies. All of this was caught on tape. Somehow the footage made it to the hands of the media. Now the home video of the third in line to the throne is making it’s way through the net.

From New of the World:

The soldier prince pours shame on the Royal Family as he calls an Asian squaddie “our little Paki friend” and tells another officer cadet jokingly wearing a camouflage veil off duty: “F*** me, you look like a raghead”—an offensive term for an Arab.

Harry will also face the wrath of his own grandmother. The Queen is the Commander-in-Chief of the British Army. While apparently bored on another occasion, he sits in a field camp and cracks jokes on regarding the Queen.

They laugh out loud as the disrespectful Prince pretends to get bored talking to his grandmother and dismissively hangs up on her saying: “Send my love to the corgis. I’ve got to go, got to go, bye. God Save You . . . yeah, that’s great.”

To follow up the cracks on his grandmother, he licks a friend while at a party and discusses the color of his pubic hair. Harry confirmed that the carpet matches the drapes as friend asked about the status of fire crotch.

Following the leak of Harry’s racist rant, a rep issued a statement that apologized on behalf of the Prince. Also, the Equality and Human Rights Commission wants an inquiry to be held and deemed his words “unforgivable.”

“Prince Harry fully understands how offensive this term can be—and is extremely sorry for any offence his words might cause. However, on this occasion three years ago, Prince Harry used the term without any malice and as a nickname about a highly popular member of his platoon. There is no question that Prince Harry was in any way seeking to insult his friend. Prince Harry is using the term ‘raghead’ to mean Taliban.”

Oh for the love of hot royals. He is 24 year old guy stuck in the desert and trained to hate those who threaten the safety of his country. What do expect? He is going to be sitting in his camp knitting and getting his mates together for a rousing game of backgammon.
