Jay-Z Refuses to Pose with Victoria Secret Models

Beyonce sure knows how to keep her men on lockdown! Reportedly, although her hubby Jay-Z attended the Victoria Secret’s fashion show last week, he wouldn’t pose with any of the models for photographs or even walk down the red carpet with them at their lingerie show Thursday all because he didn’t want to upset his wife.

Per NY Post:

“Victoria’s Secret begged, but Jay-Z refused . . . he explained it was out of respect for Beyoncé.”

At an afterparty at M2, he was given a private booth so he could keep his distance from models such as Alessandra Ambrosio, Selita Ebanks, Chanel Iman, Miranda Kerr and Heidi Klum – you know, the girls most guys would make a stampede towards and trample anyone that gets in their way. Here is a man who respects his marital relationship. How refreshing! It can happen. Its just too bad his wife doesn’t show him the same form of respect when she parades around in her skimpy outfits in front of thousands of people. I’m just saying…

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt Snub Ryan Seacrest – Video

This was the highlight of the 2009 Golden Globes. Ryan Seacrest walked off his little podium overlooking the masses of celebrities who were walking the red carpet to try and score an interview with Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. That is a big no-no. Never interrupt Saint Angelina when she is busting out a pose with her prized trophy.

Seacrest practically knocked Beyonce out of the way after he caught sight of the couple on the carpet. Brad and Angie didn’t miss a beat as Ryan stood there like a total door knob trying to get their attention. He gave up made an excuse to get out of the embarrassing situation and handed over to his co-host. (Insert another fit of giggles here.)

This morning Seacrest and Perez were talking about the “diss” on his radio show KIIS-FM (Via Us Weekly:

“I don’t think Angelina thinks I’m that important,” he said on his show Monday. “I don’t think I’m top of mind for Brad and Angelina. I honestly don’t believe they’d know who I was if I walked over there.”

When guest Perez Hilton told Seacrest that that’s impossible, as he hosts the No. 1 show American Idol, the TV personality shot back: “Yeah…but they live in France!”

Jolie and Pitt did stop for NBC’s Billy Bush, but Seacrest said, “there’s an NBC deal there. NBC hosted the Globes, and they have a deal to talk to the people who come to the Globes.

“Here’s what I realized when I went down there,” Seacrest went on. “I realized quickly that it’s against the rules to walk down onto the carpet from the platform.

“Then we went back down there and caught up with Tom Cruise, who I think is a terrific guy. I think he’s really cool,” he said. “By the way, have you seen his skin tone up close lately? You should!”

I am surprised he didn’t follow that Tommy comment with… “He sparkles with the light of a million fairies and his perfect hair makes children weep.”

Golden Globes 2009 Winners List and Photos

The 2009 Golden Globe Awards took place last night. I am sure you were enthralled with every moment. Just in case you missed it because you were watching “Star Wars: Return of the Jed” instead of Ryan Seacrest droll on about his favorite hair products.

This must be the year of the fugly hair. Poor Drew Barrymore looks like is wearing RuPaul’s recycled 1998 wigs. Others look like they simply forgot to go and get their hair done altogether. Christina Applegate has an enormous chunk sitting across her face.

The award of Golden Globes 2009 Fashion Disaster goes to…Heidi Klum! WTF? She looked like an emo stripper. Seal had black painted fingernails to MATCH Heidi’s. Did good taste take a vacation this year? Renee Zellweger wins second place as fancy granny from the burlesque show down the street.

Meanwhile it was reported that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie snubbed Seacrest in favor of Billy Bush on “Access Hollywood.” (Insert 5 minutes of giggles here.) He tried to “laugh off the incident” and stated that they were just trying to get into the awards. As he said this, Brangelina gave their few seconds of droll questions to Billy from Access.

Yes, Heath Ledger won the Best Supporting Actor award. He deserved it. “The Dark Knight” director, Christopher Nolan, accepted the award on behalf of Ledger.
