The Twit Nation has a new leader. After Miley Cyrus quit Twitter because she realized how asinine it is (or was distracted by something shiny), Princess RiRi has taken her place.

Rihanna’s first Twitter message announces that “The Wait is Ova. Nov 23 09” She’s trying to be cryptic and mysterious. Really it’s just PR for her fourth solo album.

RiRi also showed up trying to out-rock Prince in a battle of the reverse Flock of Seagulls style at fashion week. Prince is all, “Beast I own it. Just look at my glittery pimp cane and my Nana’s Sunday afternoon tea suit. What you got? Some Chanel muff? Pfft. This ruffled hotness came from Sears. Bow down.”
