The stage literally caught fire over the weekend as concertgoers gathered for the Dallas stop on Rihanna‘s ‘Loud tour.’ With the show cut short, both Ri Ri and her fans were upset! Fans had to be evacuated from the venue when sparks of fire began flying down the stage due to, what appeared to be, busted lighting.
Rihanna’s concert ticket sales are so sluggish, reports say, she may have to call off some dates — Or join Chris Brown on tour. At least according to the *cough* ever-so reliable *cough* website MediaTakeOut who claim that Brown and Rihanna will embark on a joint tour according to so-called industry insiders, who says Rihanna would ‘definitely do it’ but doesn’t know whether her management RocNation – Jay’Z's company – would be on board. Yeah, right! Over Jay-Z’s cold, dead body! This isn’t as interesting as MTO suggests it is, it’s just plain stupid – and untrue!

Thank goodness! That would be a bigger career mistake than Lindsay Lohan’s case of the sticky fingers! After the way Brown acted on GMA, we are to believe that he is not angry with Rhianna and doesn’t blame her for his troubles. She should stay as far away from him as possible – and never, ever entertain the idea of touring, collaborating, etc… with Brown ever again!

Rihanna announced in a video on her website that she will hit the road in the US alongside Ke$ha as part of the ‘Last Girl On Earth Tour’ where they will also be joined by Young Money rapper Nicki Minaj throughout the gigs in July and August. The tour kicks off on July 2 in Seattle and jumps all over the US until playing its last night in Chicago on August 25. But expect security to be a little tighter thanks to some derange fan.

Rihanna recently increased security after a male fan allegedly sent her vulgar letters. Her rumored boyfriend – baseball player Matt Kemp – is so worried about the situation, he’s advised the singer to be wary of any mail she receives, according to Britain’s Daily Star.
She has also confirmed that she will take to the “American Idol” stage this Wednesday for the results show where she will sing her new song “Te Amo.”
