Robert Pattinson: “I’d love to have a family” with Kristen Stewart?!

Everyone’s favorite sparkling vampire, Robert Pattinson, is trying his best these days to lose his fangs in hopes of actually starring in movies that attract more than 13 year old girls.

While promoting his new film, ‘Water for Elephants’ with Reese Witherspoon (read about their not-so-sexy love scene HERE), Pattinson discussed his favorite co-star…and it’s not girlfriend Kristen Stewart!

Via The Chicago Sun Times:

“[Tai-the elephant in the film]is such a phenomenal creature. Hanging out with elephants is such a life-changing experience. I love that my job as an actor allows me to spend three months with elephants.”

However, Pattinson is quick to mention his growing distaste for paprazzi and the media, who like to delve into his personal life as much as possible.

When asked about a recent ‘interview’ Pattinson allegedly gave to an Italian magazine which claims Pattinson was ready to marry girlfriend Kristen Stewart and start a family, Sparklepants puts the brakes on:

“I don’t understand how they printed that. It’s a completely made-up interview. I’d love to have a family — sometime in the future.”

Rumors surrounding Pattinson and Stewart’s relationship pop-up more often than a virgin at a rodeo. In fact, a few weeks ago it was reported the two split while, just last week, Pattinson allegedly dropped $17,000 on a promise ring for his lady.

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart Planning Voodoo Wedding?

So who’s next to walk down the aisle? One hilarious story making the rounds across the internet says it’s Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, who are supposedly planning a secret voodoo wedding in New Orleans. Stewart allegedly wants her marriage to Sparklepants to be performed by a voodoo priestess with the pair swapping love tokens instead of rings, and also getting matching tiny anchor tattoos to symbolize that they are ‘grounded and will hold on to each other.’

The couple reportedly wants it to keep it hush-hush, with no media attention – and that’s why they will not exchange rings, instead opting for the matching tattoos on their hips as a sign of love and commitment. Somehow, I have an easier time believing that vampires really do exist, and they really do sparkle in the sun. But before you twi-hards get your panties in a bunch, take a deep breath and read below.

Per Gossip Cop:

A source close to the couple laughingly tells us that there are no plans for a wedding (of any kind).

You can put the pitchforks away now, girls. The only wedding bells these two will be hearing will be for Bella and Edward in ‘Breaking Dawn.’

Robert Pattinson Afraid to Propose to Kristen Stewart?!?

Fresh off the taming of his unicorn patch, Robert Pattinson (along with co-stars Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner) granted the fine folks at USA Today a brief insight to the filming of the third installment of the Twlight-a-polooza, ‘Eclipse.’

And though Sparklepants and Stewart likely spend their Tuesdays watching American Idol and playing a little slap-and-tickle, apparently, having to propose to his off-screen love on-screen was a little daunting.

Via USA Today:

“I was dreading the day it was coming,” he says of the scene that was held until the very end of the shoot. “The first time I read the script, I thought, ‘This is impossible.’ ” References to “promenades” and sharing “iced tea on the porch” as Edward explains how he would have courted Bella in the old days especially stuck in his throat. “It’s so earnest. I finally convinced the producers that you can play it with a bit of awareness of not being a fictional character. I’m not trying to be part of a Gothic novel.”

When Pattinson finally watched it, however, he was pleasantly surprised. “It seems different when you see it.”

See Twihards?! It’s OK. Pattinson will likely find a classier means of proposing to Stewart (for real) when the time is right. I am thinking it will involve a pint of Boddington’s, a mask, and choir boys.
