Katy Perry and Russell Brand’s divorce is final! All that’s left to do is tough out the 6 month waiting period for divorces in California – then they will both be considered legally single! The exact terms of the breakup are confidential, all we know is that Brand filed for divorce from Katy last year due to irreconcilable differences. The former couple made it longer than most celebs, but who didn’t see this relationship ending?!
Katy Perry’s divorce from Russell Brand seems to be getting a little down-right ugly! While on a recent tour across seas, rumors that the divorce is happening because of Katy’s partying and supposed cocaine use have trickled out. However, it seems that Katy has taken a page out of the Jennifer Lopez Rebound Book – get close with your backup dancer.

There’s rumor going around that Katy Perry could be rebounding out of her current situation – aka her divorce – with none other than Tim Tebow! HollywoodLife reports (so, huge grain of salt here) that Perry’s parents, Mrs. and Mrs. Hudson, have their eye on the Denver Broncos quarterback for their newly single daughter. If Russell Brand’s former wild ways and British accent were too much for her deviled egg-hating parents, Tebow just might be the man of their dreams.
Katy Perry and Russell Brand announced they were splitting up just a week and a half ago. After all of the rumors that had been going around that things weren’t going well between them, Russell finally pulled the plug on December 30th. Well apparently, Katy is pretty upset with her breakup and is going to take some time for herself. She was set to appear and perform at the People’s Choice Awards tomorrow night, but last night she announced she would not attend via her Twitter.
Russell Brand has officially been UNINVITED from the People’s Choice Awards – all because of Katy Perry!
