Patrick Dempsey is outdoing Ryan Gosling’s ability to break up a street fight by saying, “Hey Girl, let’s all get along. Here is $20 and a smile you can use for future impure thoughts.” The tv doc who earned the nickname McDreamy, helped save a teen who was trapped in his car after flipping it outside of Pat’s Malibu digs.

Before your loins wither away, sobbing with grief, this “news” comes from In Touch. The magazine claims that Ryan Gosling is ready to propose to Eva Mendes.
The print edition is running on complete assumption. Their “sources” claim that Ryan is ready to marry Mendes after secretly dating for several months. They haven’t confirmed their relationship, but have displayed PDA on several dates. In September they turned heads at Disneyland, were spotted kissing in October and strolled through France in November. (This reminds me of an old card I once found in Uncle Wilberforce’s attic. It was entitled “The Week of Love.” Monday for meeting. Tuesday for talking. Wednesday for wishing. Thursday for touching. Friday, for some odd reason, had been blacked out with marker.)
Ah, the Golden Globes. Nearly 4 hours of mind numbing pre-Oscar buffoonery. At least we will have Ricky Gervais to amuse us by making fun of celebrities who will be sitting in the audience and given their THIS TRICK face.
‘The Help’ received a plethora of nominations including nods for Best Supporting Actress (Octavia Spencer, Jessica Chastain), Viola Davis for Best Actress and Best Motion Picture. Ryan Gosling was nominated for Best Actor in a Musical/Comedy and my loins will be torn as he battles Joseph Gordon-Levitt for the award.

Eva hid her Sloth from Goonies ears (it’s the one flaw on her entire body so I am focusing on it with envy fueled hatred) with a giant floppy hat while Ryan sailed along the streets of France glowing with the light of a thousand hipster fairies.
