Sarah Jessica Parker Filming 80’s Flashback Scene for ‘Sex and the City 2’ – Photos

Hello 1987! Sarah Jessica Parker is going retro for a flashback scene of her 1980’s start in New York. Compare to vintage 1980’s shots of Parker (the black and white photos), it’s dead on. Filming for the sequel to the “Sex and the City” movie began yesterday. (Click here to see “Sex and the City 2 Starts Filming, Carrie Not Wearing Wedding Ring – Photos”)

I am really hoping this is the direction they are going with the film instead of tearing Big and Carrie apart yet again. It would be refreshing to know how Bradshaw made it into the New York scene and where she came from.

Miley Cyrus Joins ‘Sex and the City’ Cast

Seriously, I am praying to the goddess of common sense to justify this horrid rumor with ample amounts of male nudity in the film. Miley Cyrus is said to be begging for a role in the next installment of the “Sex and the City” films. Delusions suggest that the “Hannah Montana” star would share screen time with Sarah Jessica Parker, Kristin Davis, Kim Cattrall and Cynthia Nixon.

Via Gossip Girls:

“Miley sees this as a transition from teen stardom to more adult roles,” said one source.

And how do the famous “Sex and the City” girls feel about it?

“We’re all wondering how long it will take Kim to have Miley knocking back Cosmos and ogling all the men. Seriously though, all the girls are excited to have Miley on board.”

I am not buying this and call BS. While I don’t doubt that she is dying to be S&TC, I do doubt the validity of producers actually entertaining the idea. It would be like having drag queens at a tractor pull. Seriously, what experience does she have to share? We all know this girl is a pack of Trojans away from sex tape, but I really don’t want to hear her tales of giving skycaps a handy in exchange for Starbucks. Nor do I wish to explain what snowballing or a Birmingham Booty Call is to 14 year old sitting next to me in the theater.

Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick Living Separately

It looks like all isn’t well in the Parker/Broderick home after all. First these two are happily married then Matt shows up in the news with a mistress who calls him Matty Cakes (read about that by clicking here) follow that with a set of twins and stir it all up with a rumor that Sarah Jessica Parker is moving out.

Here is the dramz kittens. Look Magazine is reporting that Matthew Broderick and Sarah Jessica Parker have taken another step in the direction of divorce. Parker is said to be moving out and letting Matthew have his sexy parties in the meat packing district in their current home while she takes the kids and sets up residence in Brooklyn.

Per Digital Spy Via Look Magazine:

“Sarah clearly loves Manhattan but she has three children now. It might be better for them to grow up somewhere calmer. But Matthew loves their townhouse in Manhattan because it’s close to his work on Broadway.”

The friend continued: “It would be a surprising decision to make so soon after the arrival of their twins. Having the babies born healthy and happy was a dream come true, so it’s strange that they might have to spend some time apart at this stage.”

I am no rocket scientist or expert on family matters (great show by the way) but shouldn’t they have figured this shiz out before they paid someone to have their babies?

Awww. Babies and junk. Here is the first photo of Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick’s twin baby girls. Marion Loretta Elwell and Tabitha Hodge Broderick were born on June 22nd via a robot. Ok so it wasn’t a robot, but it would have been far more interesting if they had been the product of one. The couple’s first child, James Wilkie, also joined the family photo op.

Sarah Jessica Parker Opens Up About Surrogate Mother

Sarah Jessica Parker is mad. So mad that she has chosen expert journalist extraordinaire Billy Bush to reveal the depth of her anger regarding the treatment of the woman Parker and her husband, actor Matthew Broderick, have chosen to be the surrogate of their twin daughters.

Via Access Hollywood:

“The most unsavory things have been done. She’s had her phone hacked, her personal computer information hacked, she’s had threats against her and true harassment… She’s had friends threatened and family threatened and she’s had family of friends threatened.”

Wow. This sounds exactly like the Dame’s last cocktail party.

Parker is launching her attack against tabloid powerhouse Star Magazine who ran stories revealing the identity of the surrogate mother.

In a statement to Access Hollywood, Star said the following:

“Star denies that it used any unfair tactics in getting information for the article about Sarah Jessica Parker’s surrogate.”

Parker and Broderick claim to be doing everything they can within their power to protect the woman.

I wonder how many pairs of Manolo’s the woman has scored?

Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick Impregnated Someone

Don’t you just love scandal? Too bad there is none in this story. Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are expecting twins.

Of course Sarah Jessica isn’t knocked up. When you are rich people do that for you. A surrogate was called in to carry the babies on behalf of the couple. A rep confirmed that SJP and Matty Cakes are having twin girls.

Via People:

“[They are] happily anticipating the birth of their twin daughters later this summer with the generous help of a surrogate. The entire family is overjoyed.”

No official word on why they opted for a surrogate. I am guessing at their age pregnancy comes with more risks. Parker is 44 and Broderick is 47. This pregnancy announcement follows reports that Matt has been tapping some strange on a regular basis (see that story by clicking HERE.) Regardless, they have been trying to conceive.

Per EW:

“They had a lot of unsuccessful tries,” says the friend. “They came to the conclusion that this was going to be the best alternative for expanding their family.” The couple turned to a surrogate — whose name and place of residence have not been disclosed — last year. “They’re over the moon and excited as any prospective parents would be,” says the friend. “Their life is about to get a lot busier.”

The Brodericks share a son, James Wilke, who is 6 years old. They have been trying for nearly two years. Recently they stepped out in a show of unity and SJP couldn’t keep her hands off Matty, while he looked like he was searching for an exit and giving the camera his “HELP ME” eyes.

It’s reportedly a done deal. Carrie Bradshaw and Ferris Bueller are calling it quits.

Our friends over at Celebrity Smack had the news confirmed through a reliable West Village source in New York. Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick are divorcing after 12 years of marriage.

Parker and Broderick have been rumored to be on the road to splitting up for nearly a year. In January of this year the “Sex and the City” starlet was allegedly shopping for a new home after she caught her husband cheating.(See that full story by clicking here.) Broderick was said to be doodling a youth counselor. SJP tried to make it work for the sake of their 6 year old son, James Wilke.

Sad, very sad. Let’s just hope Parker doesn’t go Madonna crazy and shack up with some teenager who doesn’t speak English and loves telemundo.

‘Sex and the City’ Release Date Confirmed

Time for me to break out my Manolo Blahnik’s again–I am going to be getting more sex! “Sex and the City” that is!! Carrie, Samantha, Charolette and Miranda are going to be at a theatre near you on May 28, 2010, according to Variety.

Its biggest competition will the “Prince of Persia” game to movie film starring Jake Gyllenhaal and Ben Kingsley, and apparently some untitled romantic comedy starring our favorite Drama Queen Katherine Heigl and Ashton Kutcher (really?? REALLY??). So, obviously NO competition for this movie.

The bigger question in my mind is that the series as centered on Carrie’s romantic misfires, with Big, Aiden and Petrovski. With Carrie being married and happily settled, will this sequel have the same feel as the TV show and first movie? I am skeptical but willing to be open minded. Maybe the producers could send me some designer handbags and shoes. My skepticism seems to disappear with free swag. Just sayin’.

Sarah Jessica Parker – Boob Job or Wonder Bra?

Actress Sarah Jessica Parker has been always rumored about having a nose job, something that she had always denied, but more recently she has been also rumored to have had a boob job. The 43 year old star, who says she refuses to obsess about getting older and is happy with how she looks, says she isn’t interested in having any cosmetic surgery.

Per PerezRevenge:

“It’s a real crucible because you feel daunted by your peers who somehow get younger and younger. People older than me have fewer lines than I do. And no, you’re not supposed to talk about it – you’re supposed to admire the fact that they look 22 even though they’re 58.” Says Parker.

The rumors of a supposed boob job are based on pictures taken of the actress at the 2009 “Oscars” where Parker did seem a little more full in that area. But judging by the pictures themselves, I’d be less inclined to believe the surgery actually took place and more inclined to believe its just the results of a really good push up bra. They don’t call them the “Wonder Bra” for nothing!

‘Sex and the City’ Sequel Confirmed!

For all you fans of SATC you can scream in delight as it has FINALLY been confirmed that a sequel to the “Sex and the City” film is going to happen. Currently, Michael Patrcik King is penning a script and has all the ladies signed.

Via E! Online:

“SATC writer-director Michael Patrick King confirms the scoop! In an exclusive statement, King says, “I’m very excited to work with these amazing actresses again and would love to give everyone more information about the sequel…but I’m busy with my ‘Sex’ life.”

Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, Kim Cattrall and Kristin Davis—and writer-director Michael Patrick King have signed on officially and the ink is barely dry. The deal was reportedly finalized yesterday afternoon.

So mark your calendars for a summer 2010 release date.
