*SPOILER ALERT* It has been whispered that John Corbett who played Carrie’s former fiancé will reprise his role as Aidan in ‘Sex and the City 2.’ He was spotted in Morocco while filming for the sequel took place and sent theories running. When asked about it, Parker gave a slightly cryptic response.

Via MTV:

“I can’t not confirm or deny his involvement. It might have just been coincidental that he was traveling.”

It is appears that he WILL return to play Aiden. Furthermore, his role in the film will be BIG…. as in “indiscretion” and Mr. Big. Word is that this “indiscretion” leads to Mr.Big moving. Also debunked is the Carrie and Big loose tons of money and are forced to move in with Charlotte and Harry. That is just a rumor. They are financially affected, but not to that extreme.

Another spoiler states that much of the film takes place in the Middle East and the only hint given to the reality of that is that Samantha is the reason for that particular travel. If you are super interested…the reflection in Carrie’s sunglasses on the poster is supposed to be that of the deserts in the Middle East. Despite photos of Kim Catrall filming a scene while wearing a wedding dres…there is only one wedding in S&TC and that is between Stanford Blatch and Anthony Marentino. Also, Miranda does leave her beloved attorney position to open a restaurant with her husband, Steve.

Sarah Jessica Parker also cleared up any rumors of the return of her beloved assistant played by Jennifer Hudson.

“I can confirm that there is no Jennifer Hudson.”

Let’s just hope there is plenty of Smith in there somewhere.

‘New Moon’ Nearly Kills Kristen Stewart

It wasn’t easy shooting “Twilight” sequel “New Moon” for Kristen Stewart. Filming the movie nearly kills her, but its not the fault of the motorcycle stunts; Its when her character Bella has to tell Jacob that she still is in love with her vampire lover Edward.

Per MTV:

“My favorite line in the book is when I have to say to [Jacob], ‘It’s him; it’s always been him!’ Like, I have to say that. Yeah, it killed me, it killed me. Just like everything in our movie, it’s such a heightened version of reality. It’s like, people don’t just break up [in the 'Twilight' films] — they break up and it literally kills you,” Kristen says. “It’s not like you just say, ‘Oh, I’m really depressed and crying.’ Everything is supposed to be a fantasy version of that. So I always had a really hard time figuring out, ‘Am I doing enough? Do I look like I’m going to die?’”

Taylor Lautner, who plays Jacob, agrees with Stewart that this book turned movie is probably the most intimidating and very complicated, stating that there is a lot of heartbreak. And Jacob’s heartbreak isn’t much easier than Bella’s.

Per MTV:

“Edward leaves at the beginning and she goes into this depression, I come to try and bring her out of it. Then I go through my own issues, and then she leaves me. It’s all over the place, and there’s a lot going on and there’s many of those scenes that you described. Well, we call it the break-up scene — but it’s the scene right after she sees me shirtless and I’ve cut off my hair, all different for the first time,” he says. “I have to tell her that we can’t be friends anymore.”

Fans will gain a better understanding of the heartache when the film opens on November 20. Hey Kristen, if its that hard I’m available to step in!

Robert Pattinson Refuses Music for New Moon

Twilight” star Robert Pattinson is turning down a chance to make music for the sequel “New Moon.” The British actor is a talented composer, pianist and guitarist and wrote two songs for the original movie but wants to keep his music as a back up career. Taking a backseat to rock band “Paramore” who are again penning the title song for the soundtrack, says that pursuing music professionally was never his intention.

Per IMBD via OK! Magazine:

“I really didn’t want it to look like I was trying to cash in. Music is my back up plan.” says Pattinson.

Sparklepants song “Never Think” helped the soundtrack top the U.S. album charts for its release last year. He also had another song, “Let Me Sign” in the movie that did not make the soundtrack’s final cut. Pattionson will also have 2 or 3 songs on the soundtrack for his upcoming movie “How To Be“, which is available for preorder beginning March 1st. I’m sad! I so wanted to hear more of his music. He’s just brilliant. I love his songs way too much!

Kim Cattrall Confirms Sex and the City Sequel

Huzzah! My hero, Samantha Jones, has confirmed a second “Sex and the City” film is in the works. During an interview on the “The Paul O’Grady Show” Kim Cattrall told guest host, Spice Girl Mel B, that there will be more sex in the big city.

Asked on the Channel 4 program: “Will there be a sequel?”, Kim replied: “Yes there will. We will do the sequel next summer. It has been difficult getting everybody who’s so incredibly busy all together at the same time.”

The rumor of another film has been swirling since the success of the long await return to the lives of Carrie, Charlotte, Samantha and Miranda. Sarah Jessica Parker gave hints to a looming return to the big screen version of her bread and butter. She and the writer for the film, Michael Patrick King, have had several conversations about it.
