It doesn’t happen very often, but I love to feel some good will toward others instead of constantly wanting to stab the moron who stole my parking spot or shank the ho who insists on having the loudest conversation about her various themed dinner parties on her cell while I attempt to run on a treadmill. (You know who you are…)

James Gandolfini has renewed my faith in the human race after helping a stranded New Yorker. After the blizzard hit the East Coast this past weekend many travelers were stranded. One man found himself stuck in the West Village on Monday night. His car was practically buried in snow around 8 pm. The “Sopranos” star came to the rescue.
“He helped dig their car out and then rocked it back and forth to get it out of the snow bank. He used a lot of old-school elbow grease. It took him 45 minutes to get the car unstuck” with the help of others who started coming out of the bars and restaurants to see what was going on.
“Some offered to help, and others just watched because you don’t often see Tony Soprano digging people out of the snow. It was a real New York moment. Somebody had the luck of the draw, and it was James Gandolfini who came to their rescue.”
After freeing the motorist James busted out tips for everyone that helped. He asked for change from a $100 bill and passed out twenties to those who helped him save the stranded motorist.
Aw, my little no heart just grew an inch. It might be gas though…
