Susan Boyle’s Embarrassing Moment On Live TV – Video

Yesterday on ‘The View,’ Susan Boyle lived through every singer’s worst nightmare – You’re on stage, singing on live TV and the unthinkable happens!

When Boyle encountered some vocal problems in the middle of her song, she simply stopped singing and asked if she could start again. Whoopi Goldberg and Sherri Shepard helped salvage the situation, but it was still incredibly awkward. At least she proved she does her own live singing!

Adam Lambert Says Susan Boyle is ‘Terrible’

The sometimes too outspoken “American Idol” runner up Adam Lambert recently took some time out of his busy schedule to launch a verbal attack on fellow talent show contestant Susan Boyle. Lambert says the “Britain’s Got Talent” star massacred the Rolling Stones’ “Wild Horses” when she covered it and he almost “died” laughing when he heard her version for the first time.

Per Starpulse:

He tells Britain’s Gay Times, “If only it weren’t for Susan Boyle! I’m happy for her success, but that album is terrible. Wild Horses is the one that made me laugh the hardest. I just died when I heard it, I was crying with laughter. It was the most horrendous, sacrilegious treatment of that song! Still, when my album charted, it was validating. I was feeling bit attacked, like I had to vindicate something. I thought: ‘Wow, look what I did.’”

Lambert‘s own album opened well in its first week with 200,000 copies sold last November, but Boyle’s record kept him off the number one spot with over 700,000 copies. Jealous much?

Susan Boyle Singing Wild Horses, Shakira on America’s Got Talent – Video

Susan Boyle is like a basket of singing kittens that we can’t get enough of. She was put on a huge pedestal and then suffered a mini melt down. Now she is back and performing on “America’s Got Talent.”

Boyle sang her rendition of “Wild Horses” on the show before Kevin Skinner was announced as the winner. Shakira also rolled around the stage singing “She Wolf” and writhed around on a speaker.

That’s always hot. I mean if speaker humping is your thang’.

Susan Boyle’s Semi Final Performance Attracts Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher

Susan Boyle won the hearts of millions with her humble yet saucy performance of “I Dreamed a Dream” on “Britain’s Got Talent.” After being discounted too soon, Boyle belted out a gorgeous rendition of the song. (See that video of Susan Boyle singing “I Dreamed a Dream” by clicking here.)

Now she has made it through the semi-finals on to the finale. Two stars count themselves as fans of Boyle. Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher were invited to the show to see their favorite contestant. Simon Cowell is reportedly flying the couple in via 2 first class tickets.

Via The Sun:

“It started as a joke when cheeky judge Amanda Holden, 38, used Twitter to ask the pair to come over from Los Angeles for the show — and said they could use music guru Simon’s private jet.

But yesterday Demi “tweeted” back saying: “Well, if he offers the ride…”
Last night as Amanda arrived at the ITV1 studios for the latest semi-final, she checked the plan with the senior judge. He turned down the idea of the jet — but then promised the next best thing.

Amanda tweeted: “Message for Demi!! Please someone get this to her… Simon says Yes!! But to first class tickets!!!”

The finale will take place on Saturday. Good luck Boyle baby!

Catherine Zeta-Jones Wants to be Susan Boyle

The overnight singing sensation Susan Boyle has found a new fan! Actress Catherine Zeta-Jones has apparently asked for the film rights to the singer’s life story and her sensational appearance on “Britain’s Got Talent“. According to reports, Zeta-Jones wants to play Boyle, popularly known as “Hairy Angel” because of her frizzy hair cut and bushy eyebrows, on screen. The actress was said to have contacted the producers of “Britain’s Got Talent” after Ms Boyle became a huge hit in the US.

Per Telegraph:

“This is one of many requests we have had to play her (Boyle), for movie deals and for stories of her life. All these people are coming out and want to be associated with her. She is the biggest thing in the world. It is mental,” a source on the show said of Zeta-Jones’ proposal.

Boyle has become a star in the US and UK after her performance of “I Dreamed A Dream” from “Les Miserables” on the popular show. The video of the Scottish singer’s performance became the most popular clip on “YouTube” of all time, even surpassing US President Barack Obama’s inaugural speech, with over 100 million hits. A spokesman for Ms Boyle said she was unwilling to comment. Reports also suggest that “Titanic” director James Cameron has also expressed interest in a similar project.

This would definitely be a different kind of role for Ms. Zeta-Jones, who is regularly voted one of the world’s most beautiful women in the world. But if Charlize Theron can add 30 pounds and hide all her beautiful features to play a serial killer, then I’m sure Catherine will have no problem pulling off a frumpy middle-aged woman.

Susan Boyle Cry Me a River – Video

Susan Boyle is taking the world by a vocal storm. The Scottish born 47 year old showed up on “Britain’s Got Talent” to sing for her supper. Taking the stage everyone immediately disregarded the average woman who wanted to be the next Elaine Paige. Snide comments and laughter began to rumble through the audience.

Then she opened her mouth and unleashed a stunning performance of “I Dreamed a Dream” from the musical “Les Miserables.” It is a gorgeous song that takes gumption and a stellar set of vocals to nail. Boyle stunned the crowds and made them justifiably eat their words. Now an audio of her Susan singing “Cry Me a River” has surfaced.

This woman can sing! It’s also a humbling lesson that we should be so quick to judge someone.
