The second season of ‘The Voice‘ just kicked off Sunday and already there’s lots of rumors going around about a third season!The original judges: Christina Aguilera, Blake Shelton, Adam Levine, and Cee-lo Green all returned for the new season. Now it looks like at least one of the Judges has already negotiated their way back for a third season!
Rumor has it Nicki Minaj has been approached to be a judge along side Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid on the next season of ‘X-Factor‘…
Of course since Nicole Scherzinger and Paula Abdul were fired from the show earlier this week, rumors have been swirling about who will be replacing the two judges. Mariah Carey seems to be a front-runner for one slot, but according to reports both Minaj and Katy Perry have also been approached about getting a seat on the judges panel.
Simon Cowell isn’t the nicest guy or at least that’s how I perceive him when watching him on the ‘X Factor.’ He just tells the contestants like it is and doesn’t think twice about hurting someones feelings. Maybe his ‘too honest’ personality also plays a part in his relationship turmoil. Simon got engaged last year to girlfriend Mezhgan Hussainy, but now it seems the wedding is off. The couple is calling it a break and not a split, but come on!
It happens to everyone one time or another! Whitney Houston suffered a minor wardrobe malfunction that could have turned out disastrous on the British show “The X Factor” when a bra-like band on the back of her dress burst open during her performance. Clearly annoyed as she struggled with a loose strap on the long silvery dress she wore during the live performance of her new single “Million Dollar Bill,” she continued on like a pro and later joked about the incident.

“I sang myself out of my clothes,” she said after her performance.
*Cue your ‘Houston, we have a problem’ jokes here.* Thankfully for all involved, the incident didn’t turn out to be X-rated, but it was another snag, even though minor, in Houston’s long-awaited comeback. Maybe next time she’ll wear something a little less snug up top!
