Threats of lawsuits have erupted over a drug fueled threesome that Eric Dane, Rebecca Hayhart and Kari Ann Peniche decided to tape. Nothing exciting happens as they discuss the name of the alter egos porn names (Eric’s name is Cocaine Manner or Tuff Hedemen), their pet’s names. Gawker also remembers a 2003 photo of Rebecca Gayheart stoned and naked in a Jacuzzi. In the photo (seen after the cut below) she is holding a crack pipe and sitting nude in the tub with another woman. The piece ran in a few months ago in the National Enquirer.
Regardless, Eric is claiming he never had sex with Kari Ann and they are threatening legal action to anyone who posts said tape. So instead all you pervs will have to make do with Kari Ann Peniche
