Last night the 2011 MTV VMAs took place. I am not sure why they still have this circus being that there hasn’t been music on MTV since I wore baby doll dresses with thigh-high stockings (in public).

Katy Perry was the musical guest for SNL’s Saturday September 25th , 2010 show. Perry and her boobs of wonder also did a skit poking fun at Elmo and the DD-cup debacle that had parents asking for her boobie showcasing performance be banned from ever airing on tv. She also dared to perform live on the show. Saturday Night Live isn’t without musical mishaps. See Kanye West, Ashlee Simpson and other guests banned from SNL by clicking HERE. So naturally when her vocals were a bit shaky at moments during ‘California Gurls’ some critics dubbed her performance “terrible” and some took to Twitter to mention that auto-tune is her best friend.

MTV VMAs 2010 – WINNERS, VIDEOS, PHOTOS

Last night music’s heavy hitters walked a white carpet and of course Lady Gaga didn’t disappoint with her notorious penchant for wearing the oddest garb. However, Taylor Swift managed to steal the show again this year with her song about the Kanye West debacle that overshadowed last year’s MTV VMAs.

Taylor, standing barefoot on an all black stage, belted out her song ‘Still an Innocent’ that was written in response to West and his ridiculous ego. Kanye also performed at the 2010 MTV VMAs. Clad in an all red suit he played pranced around with some ballerinas on a white stage singing ‘Runaway’ which is being tossed around as ‘Toast for the Douchebags.’

Eminem also took the stage post bout in rehab and laid down two songs from his new album ‘Recovery.” Em, in his black jacket and hooded, stomped around the stage pleasing the crowd with ‘Not Afraid.’ Rihanna and her Ronald McDonald red hair joined Eminem on stage to sing the crowd favorite ‘Love the Way You Lie.’

The entire show was tame and lacked any real ‘shock’ factor that usually follows with tales of douchebaggery, celebs saying/doing naughty things or Eminem getting a face full of Borat’s rump. Even Lindsay Lohan making a debut after being jailed for being a drunken ho and rehabbed for being a crack Snorlax didn’t really wow anyone.

Lady Gaga, who took home 8 accolades, and her meat dress tried to make you clutch your pearls, but we have already seen this cold cut couture on the cover of Vogue (Japan). Gaga also announced the name of her upcoming album after winning Video of the Year for ‘Bad Romance.’

Charlie Sheen Cars Committing Suicide – PHOTOS, VIDEOS

Apparently Charlie Sheen’s cars rather dive off cliffs than tolerate being driven by Emilio Estevez’s brother. Another vehicle owned by Charlie was found ditched in a ravine off Mulholland Drive.
“Fire and police responded to a call … that a car had been ditched off the side of Mulholland Drive at around 3AM, according to LAPD. We’re told officers arrived on the scene and found a Mercedes at the bottom of the cliff — and after running the registration discovered it was Charlie’s ride.”
Back in February, Charlie’s SUV was “stolen” and later found off the famous road. Vandalism had been reported near the “Two and Half Men” star’s home. This time, cops have found no other reports of theft in the area.
So…theories abound all surround his coke habit. The main theory is that he is trying to scam insurance money or his dealers are paying him a visit to collect and Cash4Gold was closed that day so Sheen hid in the bathtub and pretended not to be home while said dealer took the car. Either way we should have a Lindsay-Lohan-mobile cliff diving story in 3…2…1

A new reality show is hitting the MTV airwaves. “College Life” will detail the post high school days of 4 college freshman.
Kevin, Andrea, Alex, and Jordan were given hand held camcorders to capture their first own their own. The biggest theme is the freedom from their parents which leads Kevin to fall to sex and booze while facing expulsion.
Meanwhile the self proclaimed virgin, Andrea, has an ex boyfriend keeping watch over her and potential suitors.
Jordan to get a huge tattoo and find out he will be responsible for paying his tuition and Alex learns may have partied her free ride to 4 years of paid college away.
“College Life“, the new show on MTV will be premiering Monday April 13th at 10:30pm ET/PT.

Eminem debuted his new video for his song “We Made You.” It took hits at a slew of celebrities including Jessica Simpson, Kim Kardashian, Lindsay Lohan, Samantha Ronson, Amy Winehouse, Sarah Palin, Tony Romo and a few others. So far a few have taken the jabs with good grace while others are just “annoyed” with it.
Kim Kardashian (Via Her Blog) – “I think this video is so funny! I am a huge Eminem fan and find it flattering that he would rap about me. He’s a bit harsh about some other celebrities, but you just have to let it go and have a sense of humor. Personally, I’m honored.
Jessica Simpson – “Of course Jess finds it annoying,” a friend of hers told MSNBC, “but it’s not like she’s the only one who was singled out.”
Bill O’Reilly – “Few Americans take the vile rapper Eminem seriously,” he said. “He represents the lowest form of entertainment in this country and is a publicity hound to boot. Kids see it, not adults,” said O’Reilly, adding that “no one over 25 listens to him. Eminem is obviously on an obscene rant about Sarah Palin,” O’Reilly said. “It’s totally obscene, totally inappropriate. All I want to do is repeat that Eminem means nothing,” he added. “The video means nothing. It’s played for kids that are confused.”

For all those Demi Lovato fans out there above is her new video for “LaLa Land.” I know you are excited and need a paper back to breath into.
For all those who are unaware of who Demi is….she is the tween nemesis of Miley Cyrus, is possibly into cutting herself and thinks the Jonas Brothers are her real brothers.
“No! I’ve never kissed Joe Jonas in my life. I’ve never kissed a Jonas brother, period! That would be weird…We’re all friends, but they’re not the type of guys that I’d be into dating – or else I’d be dating one. I even put on my glasses and wear sweatpants around them because you wouldn’t put makeup on for just your brothers!

It’s like 7th grade, but they have scratch in their bank accounts that they could buy their own island and fill it with Uggs, candy bracelets and Atari or whatever the devil kids are obsessed with these days.
